1. Specialist Architect
No of Post: 2 (1 each for Landscape Architecture/Urban Design)
Age Limit: Not more than 40 years of age as on 1st January 2026.

Educational Qualification: Bachelors in Architecture with Masters in Urban Design/Landscape Architecture/Architecture or equivalent.
Work-Experience and skills: 12 years of relevant work experience in construction detail drawings, use of building byelaws for permissions, understanding of commercial buildings, high-rise, urban design projects like street/junction design, landscaping projects like parks, neighbourhood gardens, etc.

2. Sr. GIS Expert
No of Post: 2
Age Limit: Not more than 38 years of age as on 1st January 2026.
Educational Qualification:
• M.Sc./ M.Tech/ MA in Geographic Information Science/ Geography/ Remote Sensing & GIS/ Geo Informatics/Geomatics from recognized University/Institute
Or
• B.Plan/ M.Plan with GIS & Remote Sensing as subject in the course from recognized University/Institute.
Work-Experience and skills:
a. He/ She should have at least Minimum 10 years’ experience in GIS spatial analysis
b. Experience in GIS-based works related to Urban Planning Projects/Programmes will be preferred
c. Knowledge on Drone data collection/processing/analyzing and development of geospatial data shall be preferred
d. Experience of working for GIS based portals/websites/apps shall be preferred
e. Having Experience in DGPS data handling and geoprocessing techniques will be considered an advantage.
3. GIS Assistant
No of Post: 4
Age Limit: Not more than 35 years of age as on 1st January 2026.
Educational Qualification:
• M.Sc./M.Tech/MA in Remote Sensing & GIS/ Geo Informatics/ Geomatics/Geography from recognized University/Institute
Or
• B.Plan/M.Plan with GIS & Remote Sensing as subject in the course from recognized University/Institute
Work-Experience and skills:
a. Minimum 5 years’ experience in GIS spatial analysis
b. Experience in GIS-based works related to Urban Planning Projects/Programmes/Drainage Master Plan will be preferred
c. Having Experience in DGPS data handling and geoprocessing techniques will be considered an advantage.
d. Experience of working for GIS based portals/websites/apps shall be preferred.
