Sports and Youth Welfare Assam Recruitment 2021:

Directorate of Sports & Youth Welfare, Assam has released advertisement for the recruitment of 4 Driver (District) and Grade IV (District) vacancy.

Consequent upon the constitution of the State  Level Recruitment Commission for Class III and  Class IV posts under purview of the "Assam Direct  Recruitment Commission for Analogous Posts in  Class III & Class IV Act. 2021" the earlier  advertisement published vide No. Janasanyog/D/9850/20 in leading News Papers on 21.01.2021 for  recruitment of 2 (two) Drivers (Grade III) and 2 (two)  Grade IV posts in the Directorate of Sports & Youth  Welfare, Assam, is hereby cancelled. 

Accordingly, the applications for the above  mentioned posts are to be treated as cancelled and  non-existent.

Scale of Pay: Rs 14000-Rs60500 GP: Rs 5200

2. Grade - IV

No of Posts: 2 [STH: 2]

Scale of Pay: Rs 12000-Rs52000 GP: Rs3900

Educational Qualification of Sports & Youth Welfare Assam Recruitment:

Essential Qualification for Driver & Grade — IV (District):

• Driver (District):

1. Minimum educational qualification for Driver post is HSLC Examination passed or equivalent from a recognized Board / Council of Govt. of Assam.

2. Candidate must possess a valid Driving Licence (LMV)

3. At least 2 years experience from the Govt./ Govt. Undertaking/ Private Companies.

• Grade - IV (District):

Minimum educational qualification for Grade — IV post is Class — VIII passed from any recognized Educational Institution and the candidate must produce the Certificate of Class VIII pass from the School authority they had attended with due Seal and Signature of the authority.

Eligibility Criteria of Sports & Youth Welfare Assam Recruitment:

Age: A candidate must not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 45 years {for ST (P) and ST (H)} as on 01-01-2021.

Citizenship: Candidates must be citizen of India within meaning of Article 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India and must be a permanent resident of Assam.

Employment Exchange Registration Certificate: The candidate must produce Registration Certificate of Employment Exchange in the State of Assam along with the application form.
