DEE Withheld Candidates Verification 2021:
DEE Assam has released official notification regarding documents verification of withheld candidates in Final Merit list. at (dee.assam.gov.in). Directorate of Elementary Education, Assam has already released the LP UP Final Merit on 4th February 2021. The candidates who were marked withheld in the Final Select List are informed to be present in the Directorate of Elementary Education, Assam, Kahilipara, Guwahati -19 at 12:00 Noon on 17/02/2021 for verification of their original documents.

Instructions for DEE Assam Withheld Candidates Verification 2021:
It is for information of all the candidates who were marked withheld in the Final Select List of the Assistant Teachers of Lower Primary School and Assistant Teacher, Science Teacher, Assamese Language Teacher, Manipuri Language Teacher of Upper Primary Schools against the Advertisement-A vide No. EAA/SIU/125/2020/40 dated 11/09/2020 and Hindi Teachers of Upper Primary Schools against the AdvertisementB vide No. EAA/SIU/125/2020/43 dated 11/09/2020 under the Directorate of
Elementary Education, Assam published on 04/02/2021, that appointment letters will be available for download for those candidates who were present in the Directorate of Elementary Education, Assam, Kahilipara, Guwahati -19 on 08/02/2021 for verification of their original documents and subsequently found eligible as per criteria mentioned in the Advertisements.
A. They are requested to download their Appointment Letters from the official website i.e. dee.assam.gov.in and join in their respective places of posting within the stipulated time of 7 days without fail.
B. In case of any administrative issue in joining in the posting due to amalgamation etc., the new appointees shall report and join in the offices of DDOs/DEEOs concerned. The genuine administrative problems will be looked after and solved from the DEE, Assam.
C. In case of some candidates, who were present in the document verification on 08/02/2021 and found that their documents need to be verified by the issuing authority have to wait till the verification reports are received from the concerned Board/ Council or Universities etc.
D. The candidates who were marked withheld in the Final Select List and was not present in the Directorate of Elementary Education, Assam, Kahilipara, Guwahati -19 on 08/02/2021 for verification of their original documents are once again informed to be present in the Directorate of Elementary Education, Assam, Kahilipara, Guwahati - 19 at 12:00 Noon on 17/02/2021 for verification of their original documents. The matter will be closed in respect of the candidates who remain absent during this document verification process.
