PHE Guwahati Recruitment 2021 Details:
1. Peon
No. of Post: 4 [STP-2, OBC/MOBC-2]
Qualification: Class-VIII Passed
Scale of Pay: (PB-I) Rs 12000-52,000 + G.P 3900 P.M.
2. Chowkidar
No. of Post: 2 [OBC/MOBC-1, UR-1]
Qualification: Class-VIII Passed
Scale of Pay: (PB-I) Rs 12000-52,000 + G.P 3900 P.M.
3. Driver
No. of Post: 1 (UR)
Qualification: HSLC with Valid Driving License issued by Competent Authority with 3 to 4 years of experience in the line Class-VIII Passed.
Scale of Pay: (PB-2) Rs. 14000-60,500 + G P 5200 P.M.
Other Eligibility Criteria of PHE Guwahati Recruitment:
Citizenship: Candidates must be an Indian citizen as defined in Articles 5 & 8 of the Constitution of India ordinarily resident of Assam and must submit Xerox copy of the proof of permanent Resident of Assam ( Voter I.D./Aadhaar card/PRC).
Employment Exchange Registration Certificate: The candidates must have registration in the employment exchange and the registration numbers along with the dates must be mentioned in their application.
Age: Candidates must not be less than 18 Years or not more than 40 years of Age as on 01.01.2021. Upper age limit is relaxable for the candidates of SC/ST/OBC/MOBC/etc as per stranding Govt. Norms.
Selection Process of PHE Guwahati Jobs Vacancy:
1) Eligible candidates will have to appear for Screening Test / interview along with original testimonials to be held in the office of the Additional Chief Engineer (PHE), Lower Assam Zone or the venue to be finalized by the competent authority which will be communicated to eligible candidate after scrutiny of application in due course of time. The entire process of mode of selection of the eligible candidates will be decided by the selection committee
2) The Selection Committee reserves the right to accept, modify or cancel the Advertisement or postpone the test/Interview and documents verification process without assigning any reason thereof.
3) In case of detection of any false declaration/statement made by any applicant, his/her application will be rejected and will be also penalized as per prevailing Rules/law. If in any case, submission of false materials facts with a view to hoodwinking the department is detected even after the recommendation is made, the Department may refer the matter to the Govt for taking necessary action.
Driving Test for the Driver Posts (Notice Date- 16.02.2021):
The Screening Test (Driving Skill) for the Post of Driver (GRADE Ill) in the O/o the Chief Engineer (PHE) Water, Assam, Hengrabari, Guwahati-36 will be conducted on 22nd February, 2021 and the Screening Test (Driving Skill) will be held at District Transport Office (R&L) Kamrup Metro, Betkuchi, Guwahati-40.
The Admit Cards of the Short- listed candidates have already been sent by Post, in case of non-receipt of ADMIT CARDS. Candidates are requested to visit this office from 18th February, 2021 to 20th February, 2021 with valid ID Proof and 2 (two) nos. of recent passport size photograph to collect their ADMIT CARDS during office hours.
How to Apply for PHE Guwahati Recruitment:
The application must be accompanied by the following:
a) Self-attested copies of all certificates/Mark sheets of Educational and other Qualification, age, caste along with other Testimonials including valid Employment Registration card Affixing one recent Self-attested passport size photograph in the application form and two copies of recent passport size photograph duly self-attested along with application.
b) The application should accompany a self Addressed envelope (22cm x 10cm) affixing postal stamp of Rs 10/- along clearly mentioning their postal Address of communication along with the application
The Last Date of receipt of application is 20th Feb, 2021 upto 2.00 PM. No application will be entertained after the last date and time fixed.
Application Fee: Nil (As per Notification No FEG/32/2016/12 Dt 21.5.2018).
Application should be submitted through Indian postal service in ordinary post or in drop Box to the office of the Executive Engineer (PHE), Guwahati Division No-ll , Bamunimadam PHE Campus, P.O. Bamunimaidam P.S: Chandmari Dist: Kamrup Metropolitan (Assam) PIN No. 781021 during office Hours. No application on Register post or speed post or other courier service will be accepted
Candidates serving in Government or in other, organization should submit their application through proper channel only otherwise application will be rejected.
