Buds English School Lanka Recruitment 2021 Details:

Name of Post: Assistant Teacher

No. of Post: 7 [Science Teacher- 5, Arts Teacher-2]

Salary: A lumsum of Rs. 8,000 per month will be paid during probationary period. 

Salary Structure: Selected candidates will enjoy the following dynamic pay scale after completion of probationary period:

• Basic Pay : 6020/-

• DA : 60% of Basic

• ADA (fixed) : 10% of Basic.

• HRA : 10% of Basic

• Annual increment - 3% (in the month of July every year). 

• Medical allowance - Rs. 500/- (Including other admissible allowances). 

Eligibility Criteria of Buds English School Lanka Recruitment:

Candidates must be Science and Arts graduates having capacity to teach in higher classes and fluency in English speaking (3 Nos. B.Sc. with PCM & 2 Nos. B.Sc with PCB and 2 Nos. Arts teachers having major in English/ Eco/ P.Sc) From a recognised university. First preference will be given to candidates having B. Ed.
