NHM Assam Recruitment 2021 Details:
State Level Positions:
1. State Epidemiologist, IDSP
No. of Posts: 1
Age Limit: Up to 62 years as on 1st April 2021
Educational Qualification: Medical Graduate with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Preventive and Social Medicine/ Public Health or Epidemiology (such as MD, MPH, DPH, MAE etc)
2. Consultant, NPPCD
No. of Posts: 1
Age Limit: Up to 62 years as on 1st April 2021
Educational Qualification:
• Degree/ Diploma in Community Medicine/ Preventive and Social Medicine/ Community Health Administration/ MPH/ MBA Health Care Administration from an institute recognized by MCI.
• At least 3 years of experience after obtaining post graduate degree
• Experience of working in Public Health Programme preferably in Non-Communicable Diseases (Desirable)
3. Consultant (Nutrition)
No. of Posts: 1
Age Limit: Up to 43 years as on 1st April 2021
Educational Qualification:
• Post Graduate Degree in Home Science with specialization in Food & Nutrition.
• Minimum 5 years experience in community nutrition activities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Well versed with the regional language.
• Basic computer knowledge.
4. IEC Consultant (NVBDCP)
No. of Posts: 1
Age Limit: Up to 43 years as on 1st April 2021
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate qualification in Anthropology / Sociology / Social Work / Mass Communication. Preferably with a Ph.D Degree and exposure to development work and advocacy, and demonstrated understanding of behavior change communication and research and 3 years relevant work experience, out of which one year should be in networking and liaison-building activities with national and international organizations.
5. Programme Executive

Age Limit: Up to 43 years as on 1st April 2021
Educational Qualification:
• Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Health Management or Public Health Management from Govt. recognized institute
• Computer Proficiency: MS office
• Excellent in verbal & written communication skills in English are essential.
• Minimum 3 years experience in relevant field or health care will be preferred.
6. Programmer
No. of Posts: 1
Age Limit: Up to 43 years as on 1st April 2021
Educational Qualification:
• M.Tech/ MCA/ BE(IT)/ BE (Computer Science)/ M.Sc (IT)/ M.Sc (Computer Science)/ DOEAC B Level or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years experience in software development.
• Should have experience of software development using open Source Technology.
• Preference will be given to persons with mobile application development/ GIS related application development.
7. Cashier
No. of Posts: 1
Age Limit: Up to 43 years as on 1st April 2021
Educational Qualification:
• M.Com with a minimum of 2 Years of work experience in relevant field.
• Well versed with all the accounting procedures, book keeping practices, external and internal audits and other necessary accounting norms.
• Computer proficiency with high level of familiarity with commonly used packages like MS Word, Excel and Power Point and Tally 2020
8. PA to Mission Director
No. of Posts: 1
Age Limit: Up to 43 years as on 1st April 2021
Educational Qualification:
• Graduate in any discipline
• Diploma in Stenography in English from recognized Govt. Institution.
• Short Hand Speed = 80 WPM
• Typing Speed = 40 WPM
• Computer proficiency with high level familiarity with commonly used package like MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Power Point etc.
• Experience = Minimum 5 years working experience as Stenographer in reputed organization.
District Level Positions:
9. District Community Mobilizer
No. of Posts: 10
Age Limit: Up to 43 years as on 1st April 2021
Educational Qualification:
• Post Graduate Degree in Social Work/ Social Science/ Rural Development with at least 3 years experience in Community Work or related field.
• Excellent communication skills. Well versed with the regional language.
• Basic computer knowledge.
10. District Media Expert

Age Limit: Up to 43 years as on 1st April 2021
Educational Qualification:
• Masters in Mass Communication from Govt. recognized institution.
• Minimum 4 years experience in relevant field.
• Preference will be given to candidates having work experience in health sector.
11. District Coordinator (ARSH/WIFS/ RBSK)
No. of Posts: 7
Age Limit: Up to 43 years as on 1st April 2021
Educational Qualification:
• 2 years Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Management/ Social Work/ Social Science/ Rural Development/ Sociology from Govt. recognized Institute with at least 2 years experience in related field.
• Computer Proficiency (MS-Office, Internet).
12. Assistant District Data Manager
No. of Posts: 10
Age Limit: Up to 43 years as on 1st April 2021
Educational Qualification:
• BCA/ B.Sc (IT)/ BA (IT)/ B.Sc. (Computer Science)/ DOEACC ‘A’ level or equivalent, etc.or above from recognized university/ Institution.
• Minimum 3 years experience in relevant field in reputed organization.
• Experience in working using MS Office.
• Basic knowledge of Software and Hardware and able to attend trouble shooting in computers, printers and network connectivity.
• Preference will be given to candidates having work experience as BDM under NHM, Assam
Block Level Positions:
13. Block Programme Manager

Educational Qualification:
• MBA/ PGDM from any Govt. recognized institution.

14. Block Community Mobilizer

Selection Process of NHM Assam 2021 Recruitment:
The schedule of interview / selection test for the respective position will be published in the website https://nhm.assam.gov.in in due course of time along with the list of provisionally shortlisted candidates.
