Assam NEET MBBS BDS Merit List
Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Assam has released NEET Assam Merit List 2026 at the official website https://dme.assam.gov.in.
Candidates who have qualified in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (U.G.)- 2026 (NEET-UG 2026) conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) can now check Assam NEET 2025 Merit List for admission into 1st year MBBS/BDS courses in the Medical and Dental Colleges of Assam for the session 2026-2027 under State quota seats.
The 1st round counseling for selection of eligible candidates for admission into 1st year MBBS/BDS courses under state quota seats will be conducted by DME, Assam on the basis of this merit list only.

Assam NEET Counselling Date 2026
The date for online counselling for admission into MBBS/BDS courses in the Government Medical and Dental Colleges of Assam, session 2026, will be as per schedule published in the official website of this Directorate www.dme.assam.gov.in .
Candidates who want to change their category, can now apply in a prescribed format (which will be available in the official website of this Directorate www.dme.assam.gov.in from 5th August, 2026 along with the supporting documents to the office of the undersigned (2nd floor, Room No. 5) on or before 11th August, 2026, during office hours by hand. No further application will be considered by this office after the last date of submission (i.e. 11th August, 2026). Applications sent via Post/ E-mail shall not be accepted. Candidates are also requested to collect their receipt of acknowledgement at the time of submission of their application.
