This is for information for all candidates of Persons with Disabilities (Divyang) category who have submitted Online Common Application Form for Grade III (Technical and Non-technical) and Grade IV posts under the establishments of DME, Assam, DHS Assam and DHSFW Assam that they are required to submit few additional information for claiming reservation under PwD (Divyang) category.All PwD (Divyang) candidates are therefore required to login to their accounts with Application Number and Password of their Online Application Form and provide the additional information as asked for on or before 28102/2022 midnight.
