Scale of Pay: 12000 - 37500 + G.P. 3900 (PB-1)
Eligibility Criteria of Sivasagar Judiciary Recruitment:
Educational Qualification: Minimum class VIII passed; those who have passed HSSLC (Class XII) or above shall be ineligible to apply.
Preference will be given to candidate who has special skills.
Age Limit: The candidates should not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 40 years of age as on 31-07-2021. The upper age limit is relaxable by:-
i) By 5 years for ST candidates i.e up to 45 years
ii) By 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates i.e up to 43 years
How to Apply for Sivasagar Judiciary Recruitment:
Application must submit in Standard Form of application published in the Assam Gazette Part-IX, with self-attested copies of all testimonials in support of age, education qualification„ caste, experience if any, along with recent passport sized photograph & signature and fill all the fields in Block Letters using Blue ball pen only.
Filled up "Application Form" along with Age certificate, Educational qualification certificate, Caste Certificate from competent authority, Employmentnregistration certificate must be sent through email to recruitment.cjmsivasagar@gmail.com in PDF format or by post to the Office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sivasagar, Pan Code 785640, Assam or may be dropped in the "Drop Box for Applications" to be kept at the premise of Office and all documents furnished with the application must be self-attested by the candidates himself / herself. Application shall be written in neatly in block letters.
Applicants who send their application in PDF format are advised to keep the original copy of his/her "Application Form" with them for future reference. Candidates have to produce their original testimonials regarding educational qualifications, date of birth, Caste Certificate, work experience (if applicable) at subsequent stages as and when asked for.
Applications will be received through e-mail or by post or in the Drop Box during the period from 15.12.2021 to 31.12.2021 in office hours. No applications received thereafter shall be entertained.
