State Anti-Drug & Prohibition Council (SADPC), Assam has released a job advertisement for recruitment of 11 various vacancy at 06 (Six) De-addiction cum Rehabilitation centres to be setup in the districts of Tinsukia, Dibrugarh, Golaghat, Sonitpur, Kamrup Metro and Barpeta under the State Anti-Drug & Prohibition Council (SADPC), Assam for an initial period of 11 (eleven) months.

1. Accountant cum Clerk

Qualification: Commerce Graduate from a recognized University.
Experience: Knowledge of Accounts and working knowledge of Computer.
Remuneration: 10,000/-p.m. (Fixed)

2. Chowkidar

Qualification: Minimum Class-VIII Passed

3. Peer Educator

Qualification: Nil
Experience:
1. Should be literate. Ex- drug user with 1-2 years of sobriety.
2. Willing to work among drug using population as well as is possessing qualities like empathy, communication skills.
3. Willing to get trained. agrees to refrain from using, buying or selling drugs. ready to work for the prevention of harmful drug use and relapse
Remuneration: 9,000/- p.m. (Fixed)

4. Psychologist

5. Social Waker

Experience: Minimum 01 (one) year experience in the field of De- De-addiction or relevant field /issues of Social security. Previous working experience with Govt. / NGO etc. Should have knowledge of English/Hindi/ local language and computer

6. Project Co-Ordinator cum Vocational Counsellor

Self-attested documents to be submitted along with the Application Form:
→ Education Qualification Certificate
→ DOB Certificate/ Class X Admit Card.
→ PRC/ Gaon Burha certificate for permanent residence.
→ Experience certificate (if any)
→ Certificate from rehabilitation Center in respect of peer Educator's recovery. (only in case of posts of Peer Educator)
