1. Data Entry Operator
No. of Post: 2+2+1
Qualification: Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination passed with basic knowledge of computer operation and good typing speed in English.
Pay Scale: Rs.10,000/- per month (Fixed)
2. Office Peon
No. of Post: 1
Qualification: Class VIII Passed
Pay Scale: Rs.9,000/- per month (Fixed)3. Chowkidar
No. of Post: 1
Qualification: Class VIII Passed
Pay Scale: Rs.9,000/- per month (Fixed)4. Copyist
No. of Post: 1
Qualification: Minimum Class XII pass in any discipline from a recognized Board/Council.
Pay Scale: Rs. 9,000/- p.m (Fixed)
Other Criteria of Foreigners Tribunal Guwahati Recruitment:
Language Proficiency: The candidate must have good command over English language and official language of Assam.
Age: A candidate must not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 40 years of age as on 01/01/2022. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years in case of ST/SC and 3 years for OBC/MOBC.
Application Fee: There is no application fees for the aforesaid posts as per notification of Govt. of Assam, Finance (Estt. A) Department, Dispur, Guwahati-6.
Selection Process of Foreigners Tribunal Guwahati Recruitment:
Candidates for the post of Data Entry Operator, Office Peon & Chowkidar will be selected on the basis of Walk-in-Interview only. However, shortlisted candidates for Data Entry Operator post may have to appear in computer proficiency/typing test.
Short-listed candidates will be notified about the details of the interview. No separate call-letters will be issued from this office.
Original certificates/documents will be verified/scrutinized at the time of Walk-in-Interview and will be returned after corroboration with the self-attested copies submitted by the candidates earlier with their application form.
How to Apply for Foreigners Tribunal Guwahati 2022 Recruitment:
• The application should be submitted in the Standard Form as published in the Assam Gazette Part-IX in a sealed envelope mentioning the name of post clearly in Block letters and may be dropped at the Drop Box maintained at the office premises on official days during office hour. The candidate may also submit their application through post to the office address as given in the advertisement.
• The candidate should fill up their application form in neat and clean handwriting without errors/ overwriting and must clearly mention their Mobile number and valid email ID for future correspondences.
• The candidate must submit self-attested copies of the following documents/ testimonials along with their application:
(i) Educational qualification certificates such as Mark sheets, Pass Certificates; Age proof certificate, Identity proof certificate, Caste certificate, valid Employment Exchange Registration, etc.
(ii) Two Nos. of self-attested recent passport size photograph.
Last date of Submission of Application: Upto 10 (ten) days from the date of publication of the Advertisement till 05.00 P.M.
