Gauhati University (GU) has released a job advertisement for recruitment 3 posts of Project Associate and Field Assistant/ Helper Vacancy of DBT, GOI funded project on the topic entitled Establishment of Rural Bioresource Complex through Integrated Aquaculture practices at Goalpara, the Aspirational district of Assam of Department of Zoology, Gauhati University, Guwahati.

Gauhati University Recruitment 2022 Details:

1. Project Associate

No. of Post: 1

Qualification: M.Sc. in Zoology/ Life Science with specialization in Fish Biology & Fishery Science. Candidates with experience in breeding and culture of indigenous fishes will be given preference.

Age: The age of the candidate should not be less than 21 years and not more than 35 years.

Pay: Rs.25,000/- + 8% HRA per month

2. Field Assistant/ Helper

No. of Post: 2

Qualification: Candidates with experience in breeding and culture of indigenous fishes at least 3 years will be given preference.

Age: The age of the candidate should not be less than 21 years and not more than 45 years.

Pay: Rs.15,000/- (fixed) per month
