BVFCL Recruitment Details:
1. Dy General Manager (HR)
No. of Post: 1 (UR)
Scale of Pay: Rs 43200- 3%-66000/- Minimum gross pay Rs: 1,38.301 (approx.)
Age Limit (Max): 53 years as on 01.06.2022
Qualification: MBA with specialization in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations or Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in PIR/HRD/ Labour & Social Welfare with minimum 16 years post professional qualification Executive experience in Personnel & Administration Department of a PSU/ large Private sector organization. out of which 5 years should be in a Senior Managerial position. Degree in Law is desirable.
2. Deputy Finance Manager
No. of Post: 1 (UR)
Scale of Pay: Rs 29100- 3%-54500/- Minimum gross pay Rs: 93.308 (approx.)
Age Limit (Max): 50 years as on 01.06.2022
Qualification: Graduate with C.A. or I.C.W.A. with minimum 10 years post professional qualification Executive experience in-line in a PSU/ large private sector organization with proven knowledge of latest financial procedures and laws. Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
3. Accounts Officer Gr-1
No. of Post: 1 (UR)
Scale of Pay: Rs 20600- 3%-46500/- Minimum gross pay Rs: 66,184 (approx.)
Age Limit (Max): 45 years as on 01.06.2022
Qualification: Graduate with C.A. or I.C.W.A. with minimum 05 years post professional qualification Executive experience in-line in a PSU/ large private sector organization with proven knowledge of latest financial procedures and laws. Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
