SSUHS BSc Nursing Admission 2023 Notification

Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences (SSUHS) has released official admission notification of SSUHS BSc Nursing Admission for the academic year 2023. Interested and eligible candidates may apply online at SSUHS website www.ssuhs.in. Common Entrance Examination (CEE) for selection of candidates for admission into 1st year B.Sc. Nursing courses in the institutes under the Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Assam for the session 2023 is going to be held on 4th June 2023.

Eligibility Criteria for SSUHS D.Pharm & BSc Nursing Admission

Eligibility criteria for admission into B.Sc. Nursing courses is as follows:

Educational Qualification: Candidate must have passed  Higher  Secondary  (10+2) Science or  Equivalent  Examination from recognized Board/Council/University with English as one of the subjects and securing at least 50% marks  in  aggregate in  Physics,  Chemistry and  Biology for  General  Category  candidates  and  40% marks for candidates belonging to SC/ST(P)/ST(H) category without grace marks.

Age Limit:  She must be within  17  to  24  years  of age  on  31-12-2023.  Upper  age  limit  is  relaxable  by 3 (three) years for SC/ST candidates.

Nationality: Applicants must be Indian citizens.

 

Residentship: The applicant must be a permanent resident of Assam.

SSUHS CEE Entrance Exam 2023 Details

Name of Exam: Common Entrance Examination (CEE), 2023

Date of Exam: 4th June 2023

Exam Centres: Guwahati, Dibrugarh, Silchar, Jorhat, Barpeta, Tezpur and Diphu

Time of Exam: 10 AM to 12 Noon

Exam Centres: Guwahati, Dibrugarh, Silchar, Jorhat, Barpeta, Tezpur and Diphu.

Total Marks: 100 marks (25 Marks in Each Subject)

Total No of Questions: 100 questions

Subject:  There will be 3 (three) papers as shown below :

Question Paper Standard: Questions will be of HS (10+2) Science standard .

 

Negative Marking: There is no negative marking for wrong answers.

Qualifying Marks: The minimum qualifying criteria/cut-off score in the Entrance Examination of the BSc Nursing Course will be as follows

SSUHS CEE Entrance Exam Admit Card 2023

Admit Cards for SSUHS CEE Entrance Exam 2023 will be available online at www.ssuhs.in from 25th May 2023 . Candidates can download their Entrance Exam Admit Card by Log-in the official portal using the Application Number and Password.

SSUHS CEE Entrance Exam FEE 2023

A non-refundable fee of Rs. 2000/- (Rupees Two thousands) only is required to be paid through the SBI payment gateway available on online application page and University website. The Examination fee is exempted for PWD (Divyang) category of candidates.

Interested and eligible candidates can apply online by submitting their online application from 27th April 2023 to 16th May 2023.
