Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) has released a job advertisement for the recruitment of 18 nos posts of Lecturer & Programme cum Script Writer vacancy in SCERT, Assam.

1. Lecturer, SCERT
Number of Posts: 16 (Sixteen)

Department-wise vacancy:

(1) Lecturer in Assamese in Department of Language : 1 (OBC/MOBC) Post 
(2) Lecturer in the Department of Planning, Management and Leadership Academy : 1 (UR) Post
(3) Lecturer in Statistics in the Department of Planning, Management and Leadership Academy : 1 (UR) Post
(4) Lecturer in Chemistry in the Department of Science and Mathematics : 1 (STP) Post 
(5) Lecturer in Physics in the Department of Science and Mathematics: 1 (UR) Post 
(6) Lecturer in Botany in the Department of Science and Mathematics : 1 (UR) Post 
(7) Lecturer in Zoology in the Department of Science and Mathematics: 1 (SC) Post

Scale of Pay : PB-4 Rs.30,000/- to 1,10,000/- GP 13,300/-

Qualification:

(i) Post Graduate/ Master Degree in respective subject from any recognized university with 55% marks
(ii) NET/ SLET/ Ph.D./ M.Ed. from any recognized University.
(v) Experience required.

2. Programme Cum Script Writer (PCSW), SCERT
Number of Posts: 2 (UR-1, OBC/MOBC-1)

Qualification:

Essential:
(i) Master Degree in any subject with 55% marks from any recognized university
(ii) M.Ed. with 55% marks

Desirable:
(i) At least 2 years teaching experience in Elementary or Secondary Education Govt./Provincialized/ College
(ii) Certificate in Mass Communication
(iii) Proficiency in the use of ICT for educational purpose

Scale of Pay : PB-3 Rs.22,000/- to 97,000/- GP 11,500/- 


Age Limit for APSC Lecturer & Programme cum Script Writer:


Age: The candidate should not be less than 21 years of age and not more than 38 years of age as on 01-01 2022.

Age Relaxation: The upper age limit is relaxable –

(i) By 5 years for SC/ST candidates, i.e. upto 43 years
(ii) By 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates i.e. upto 41 years
(iii) Persons with benchmark disability (PWBD) 10 years irrespective of SC/ST/OBC and UR Category.


Application Fee of APSC Recruitment:


1. For General/EWS Candidate : Rs.250/- only.
2. For SC/ST/OBC/MOBC : Rs.150/- only.
3. For BPL Candidate : Nil (Candidate having BPL certificate should produce their photocopy of certificate along with the Application Form).

Fee Payment Mode:

Offline: Fees should be deposited through Treasury Challan in the Head of Account “NON TAX REVENUE, OTHER NON TAX REVENUE 0051 PSC, 105 STATE PSC APPLICATION FEE RECEIPT OF APSC” showing name of post and department. Original copy of Treasury Challan should be submitted along with the application form. 
OR

Online: Fees can be deposited online using Government Receipt Accounting System-GRAS (Website: https://assamegras.gov.in). Candidates may pay the requisites fees (as admissible for the category mentioned above). Printed copy of Treasury Challan generated through GRAS should be submitted along with the application form. In Remarks column, candidate may write post applied for. 

Note: Applicants who apply for different posts in this advt. should apply in separate forms and deposit application fees for each post. 


How to Apply for APSC Recruitment 2022:


Application form may be obtained by downloading from the APSC’s website www.apsc.nic.in . Application form DR (New form)

The name of the post applied for should be clearly written in “bold letters” in the Envelope containing the application form and it should be addressed to the Deputy Secretary, APSC, Jawaharnagar, Khanapara, Guwahati 781022.

Required Documents:

Applications must be accompanied by self-attested copies of the under-mentioned documents:

1. Age proof certificate (HSLC/Class X Board Admit Card/Pass Certificate).
2. Certificates & mark sheets of all examinations from HSLC onwards up to the level of qualifying examination.
3. Caste certificate (wherever necessary) of reserved categories issued by appropriate authority.
4. Disability certificate(wherever necessary)
5. Two copies of recent passport size photograph with white background.
6. Signature.
7. Experience certificates indicating the period of Service/Experience with dates.
8. BPL certificate/EWS certificate (wherever necessary). 

Last Date: The last date of receiving duly filled up application form in the Commission’s office is fixed on 30-09-2022 during office hours.
