Qualification: Graduate from a recognized University with 50% marks.

• Minimum 5 year’s works experience in Central / State Government / PSU/ Autonomous bodies / Private Organization in the field of Administration and

Essential Experience: Minimum 1 years’ experience in a reputed Hospital or Large Institutional Canteen.
Age Limit: 30 years (5 years relaxable for in service candidates of TMC)
5. Kitchen Supervisor

Salary: Rs. 42,480/- per month (consolidated)
Qualification: Graduate in Hotel Management & Catering Technology from a recognized University / Institute with 50% marks.
Essential Experience: Minimum 1 years’ experience in a reputed Hospital or Large Institutional Canteen.

6. Cook 'A'
No. of Post: 02
Salary: Rs. 23,880/- per month (consolidated)
Qualification: 10th Standard with compulsory certified craft course in Food Production, Bakery or Cookery.
Essential Experience: Minimum 1 years’ experience or post qualification apprenticeship in food production department of 3 or 5 star hotel.
Age Limit: 25 years (5 years relaxable for in service candidates of TMC)
7. Driver
No. of Post: 02
Salary: Rs. 23,880/- per month (consolidated)
Essential Qualification:
• For Ex-Serviceman who have rendered minimum 15 years of service:
1. SSC or equivalent from a recognised Board or equivalent certificate from Armed Forces.
2. LMV / HMV valid Driving licence and Bus Badge.
