Emoluments & Benefits: The selected candidates would be paid a consolidated pay of Rs. 60,000/- p.m. for the one year of training.

Eligibility Criteria of AIC Recruitment

Age (as on 01.03.2023) :

• Minimum Age: 21 years &

• Maximum Age: 30 years

i.e. a candidate must have been born not earlier than 2nd March 1993 and not later than 1st March 2002 (both dates inclusive).

Relaxation: Age relaxation for various categories is as under:

• SC/ST  — 5 years

• OBC (NCL)  — 3 years

• PWD  — 10 years

• Ex-Servicemen — 5 years

Minimum Educational Qualifications as on 01.03.2023 (The candidate should apply for the following Discipline):

Discipline 1: Rural Management:

• Graduation in Agriculture Marketing/ Agriculture Marketing & Cooperation/ Agriculture Business Management/ Rural Management with a minimum of 60% marks (SC/ST - 55%) in aggregate from University / Institution recognized by the Govt. of India/Govt. Bodies/AICTE

OR

• Graduation in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks (SC/ST - 55%) in aggregate from University / Institution recognized by the Govt. of India/Govt. Bodies/AICTE with 2 years full time Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in any of the following (with a minimum of 60% marks (SC/ST - 55%) in aggregate from University / Institution recognized by the Govt. of India/Govt. Bodies/AICTE): -

➢ MBA- Rural Management/Agriculture Marketing/ Agri Business Management/ Agri-Business and Rural Development

➢ Post Graduate Diploma- Rural Management/ Agri-Business Management (PGDM- ABM)/ Agriculture Marketing

➢ Post Graduate Degree- Agriculture Marketing/ Agri Business Management/ Rural Management

Discipline 2: Legal: Graduation in Law with min. 60% (SC/ST- 55%) marks in aggregate.

AIC Application Fee

• SC/ST/PwBD  — Rs. 200/-

• All other categories  — Rs.1000/-

Payment Mode: The payment can be made by using Debit Cards (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets/ UPI.

How to Apply for AIC Recruitment 2023

• Candidates to go to the CAREER section of Company’s website www.aicofindia.com and click on the option “APPLY ONLINE” which will open a new screen.

• To register application, choose the tab “Click here for New Registration” and enter Name, Contact details and Email-id. A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. Candidate should note down the Provisional Registration Number and Password. An Email & SMS indicating the Provisional Registration number and Password may also be sent.

• Candidate can apply for one discipline only.

• Not more than one application should be submitted by any candidate. In case of multiple Applications, only the latest valid (completed) application will be retained and the application fee/intimation charges paid for the other registration(s) will stand forfeited.
