EPFO Recruitment 2023 - Download Admit Card
Employees’ Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) has released two job advertisements for the recruitment of 2859 Social Security Assistant & Stenographer Vacancy. Interested and eligible candidates may apply online at www.epfindia.gov.in.
Candidates who submitted online applications for these posts may now download their admit cards for written exam. EPFO SSA written exam will be conducted on 18, 21, 22, and 23 August 2023. The EPFO Stenographer Exam date is 1 August 2023.

EPFO Recruitment Details
1. Stenographer (Group C)
No of Posts: 185 posts
Category-wise vacancy:
• UR: 74
• EWS: 19
• SC: 28
• ST: 14
• OBC-NCL: 50
Educational Qualification: The candidate must be 12th class pass from a recognized Board.
Skill Test in Stenography: The candidates who are shortlisted in the Phase-I Examination will be required to appear in the Skill Test for Stenography.
• Dictation: Ten minutes at the rate of eighty words per minute. (Dictation will be computer based).
• Transcription: Fifty minutes (English)/Sixty-five minutes (Hindi). (Only on computer).
Scale of Pay: Level-4 in the Pay Matrix [Rs.25,500-81,100]
Age Limit: Candidates age must be between 18 and 27 years.
2. Social Security Assistant (SSA)

Educational Qualification:
• Candidates must possess the Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
• A typing speed of 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi on computer. (35 words per minute and 30 words per minute correspond to 10500 Key Depression per Hour (KDPH)/9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word for Data Entry Work. Time allowed - ten minutes.
Scale of Pay: Level-5 (Rs.29, 200-92,300) in the Pay Matrix.
Age Limit: Candidates age must be between 18 and 27 years.
Other Criteria of EPFO Recruitment
Age Relaxation: The category-wise age relaxation is as mentioned below.
• SC/ST — 5 years
• OBC-NCL — 3 years
• PwBD + General — 10 years
• PwBD+ OBC -NCL — 13 years
• PwBD+ SC/ST — 15 years
Nationality/ Citizenship: Candidates must be a citizen of India.

How to Apply for EPFO Recruitment 2023
Candidates have to apply “ONLINE” only by accessing the website: https://recruitment.nta.nic.in OR EPFO website www.epfindia.gov.in .
Following Steps may be followed to Apply Online:
Step-1: Register for Online Registration using your own Email ID and Mobile No. and note down system generated Registration Number.
Step-2: Complete the Online Application Form and note down the system generated Registration Number.
Step-3: Upload legible scanned images of:
(i) a recent photograph (in jpg/ jpeg file, size 10Kb–200Kb);
(ii) candidate’s signature (file size: 4kb-30kb);
(iii) Left hand thumb impression (file size:10kb- 200kb);
Step-4: Pay prescribed fee online through Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card (There is no provision for payment through e-challan/cash. All the 4 Steps can be done together or at separate timings.
