Assam Financial Corporation Recruitment Details
1. Staff Officer (General) Grade II
No. of Post: 6 (minimum 2 nos. from legal background)
Maximum Age: 35 years
Scale of Pay: PB-3 (Rs.22000-8700), Grade Pay Rs. 11800
Qualification: B.Com regular course full-time (Finance/ Accountancy) and full-time MBA (Finance) or PGDM (Finance).
-OR-
B.Sc regular course and full time MBA (Finance) or PGDBM (Finance).
-OR-
Bachelor/ Post-Graduate Degree in Law with specialization in Banking Law.
Mandatory First Class/Division in PGDM/MBA or Post-Graduate degree and preferably First Class/ Division from HSLC onwards.
Proficiency in Computer Skills (MS Office etc are required)
Experience: Minimum of years qualification 4(four) post-experience on full-time basis in financial sector preferably having good exposure in lending and selling of financial products (project appraisal/ financing/ TEV Study etc.) with good communication and computer skills.
• Experience in Private/ Semi-Govt./PSUs/Financial will be Institution preferred.
• Willingness and ability work effectively to under pressure and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work as a team, and having excellent interpersonal skills, strong writing and communication skills
-OR-
Minimum of 3 years Bar experience in practicing Business and Allied Civil Laws in Court/ District Court/ Debts High Recovery Tribunal is essential.
• Experience as a Law Officer in Private/ Semi-Govt./ PSUs / Financial Institution will be preferred.
• Willingness and ability work effectively to under pressure and ability to multi-task.
2. Staff Officer (Technical) Grade-II
No. of Post: 4 (minimum 1 no. from MSc. IT background)
Maximum Age: 35 years
Scale of Pay: PB-3 (Rs.22000-8700), Grade Pay Rs. 11800
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/MSc. IT with First Class/ Division from HSLC Onwards. Proficiency in Computer Skills (MS Office etc are required).
Experience: Minimum 2 (Two) years experience in the domain.
• 1 (One) year Experience in Private / Semi-Govt. / PSUs/ Financial Institution will be preferred.
• Willingness and ability to work effectively under pressure and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work as a team, and having excellent interpersonal skills, strong writing and communication skills.
3. Junior Assistant (Grade-III)
No. of Post: 8
Maximum Age: 35 years
Scale of Pay: PB-2 (Rs.14000-49000), Grade Pay- Rs.6200
Qualification: B.A./B.Sc/B.Com from reputed educational institution with proficiency in Computer Operation.
Experience: Minimum 1 (One) year of experience in Semi-Govt./PSUs will be preferred.

• Ability to work as a team, and having excellent interpersonal skills, strong writing and communication skills.
4. Messenger (Grade-IV)
No. of Post: 5
Maximum Age: 35 years
Scale of Pay: PB-1 (Rs.12000-37500), Grade Pay- Rs.3900
Qualification: Minimum qualification should be Higher Secondary.
Experience: Minimum Experience of 1 (One) Year in Semi-Govt./PSUs will be preferred.

• Ability to work as a team, and having excellent interpersonal skills, strong writing and communication skills.
Other Criteria of Assam Financial Corporation Recruitment
Age & Reservation: As stated above. The upper age and reservation will be as per the Govt. norms.
Knowledge of Languages: Speaking, writing and reading knowledge of English and Assamese is essential.
AFC Guwahati Application Fee
