SEBA Class 9 Registration 2024 Notification

Board of Secondary Education, Assam (SEBA) opens the online registration portal for the registration of class 9 (IX) students of all the schools affiliated under Assam SEBA. The online portal (https://sebaregistration.in) for Registration of Class IX students for the session 2024-25, has been opened on 12th April, 2024.

Registration Mode: Online

Last Date: 30th May 2024

Registration Fee for SEBA Online Registration

❖ Registration fees is Rs 250 (Two hundred and fifty only) per student. 

❖ For the PWD students, Registration fees is Rs 100 (One hundred only).

Pyment Process: After adding all the students make necessary payments.

a. Online payment can be done through Debit Card/Credit Card or Internet Banking.

b. Challan: Registration fees may also be deposited through Challan (generated from portal), in any of the Branches of State Bank of India.

Payment can be made through SBI online mode or SBI Challan. For SBI Challan school has to deposit the Challan along with necessary money in the nearest SBI bank branch.

How to Complete SEBA Class 9 Registration Process ?

The registration process of class 9th students of High/ Higher Secondary Schools under SEBA needs to be done by the school authority on behalf of their all classes.

Important Instructions for filling up the SEBA Online Registration Form:

➢ Please enter Student's Name, Father's Name, Mother's Name and Date of Birth correctly.

➢ The age of the registered student should be minimum 13 years as on as on 1st January, 2024.

➢ Date of birth should be as per the Birth Certificate only.

❖ Student has to submit photocopy of the birth certificate or M.E. school certificate where the date of birth of the student is mentioned, for uploading in the registration portal.

 Note:  The User Name and Password of school authority will remain same as of last year. However, the newly converted schools, User Name and Password will be provided by the Inspector of Schools.

➢ Online Registration - 12-April-2024 to 30-May-2024

➢ Payment Dates - 12-April-2024 to 10-Jun-2024

➢ Last date of generating the final list (Form no 50) - 12-Jun-2024

➢ Last date of generating the final list (Form no 50), by feeder schools to Center In-Charge - 15-Jun-2024

➢ Last date of generating the final list (Form no 50), by Center In-Charge at the office of inspector of schools - 20-Jun-2024
