DEE Assam Verification 2025 - Document Verification for Absentee candidates

DEE Assam going to conduct physical document verification for the recruitment of 5550 posts of Assistant Teacher (LP and UP) and Hindi Teacher. Candidates who have successfully submitted their Online Application and uploaded the relevant documents in support of their candidature against Advertisement vide No. 383723/117 & No. 383723/124 dated 26/12/2023, Physical Document Verification of certain candidates for the post of regular teachers is required and therefore the same is scheduled in the venue and date mentioned below:

 → 1st Phase: 18th March 2025

 → 2nd Phase: 25th June 2025

 → 3rd List of 2nd Phase: 3rd July 2025 

 → Absentee Candidates: 8th July 2025

Date of Physical Document Verification: 

 → 1st Phase: 20th March 2025 to 29th March 2025

 → 2nd Phase: 27th June 2025 to 08th July 2025

 → 2nd List of 2nd Phase: 1st July 2025 to 4th July 2025  

 → 3rd List of 2nd Phase: 5th July 2025 to 10th July 2025 

 → Absentee Candidates: 11th, 12th & 14th July 2025

Instructions for DEE Assam LP UP Documents Verification 2025

1. The candidates are hereby asked to comply the Notice regarding proof of in-service teacher (only for the candidates with 18-Month D.El.Ed. from NIOS) as notified vide No. EAA/SIU/36/2025/3 dated 17th June, 2025.

2. The candidates are requested to bring self-attested photocopy set of all documents along with the relevant documents in Original at the time Physical Documents Verification.

3. The candidates are requested to bring all the Acknowledgements of online application, if applied multiple times or multiple posts for both LP and UP Schools.

4. The candidature will be cancelled forthwith, if any kind of fraudulence/ discrepancy/ misrepresentation of facts is detected by appropriate authority at any point of time. The candidate will also be barred from taking part in any Govt. recruitment process in future and subsequent legal action will also be initiated against such candidate.

5. The Next Phase of Physical Documents Verification will be started from 1st July, 2025. The list will be published in the website (https://dee.assam.gov.in) in due course of time.
