Assam GT PGT Result 2025 - DSE TET cum Recruitment Test Merit List

The result of 9717 posts of Graduate Teacher (GT) and Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) under the Directorate of Secondary Education (DSE), Assam has been declared. Directorate of Secondary Education (DSE), Assam has conducted the TET cum Recruitment Test, 2024 held on 19/01/2025. Candidates who appeared in the Assam TET exam may check their result with marksheet from the official DSE website.

The marks obtained in TET cum Recruitment Test as well as weight-age marks for the posts of Post Graduate Teachers (Paper II) will be available for downloading from 11 A.M. of 30.05.2025 at the official website of the Directorate of Secondary Education, Assam. For the posts of Graduate Teachers (Paper I), notice shall be issued shortly.

Preparation of Assam GT PGT TET Merit List

 

No of Qualified Candidate: The number of qualified candidates in the TET cum Recruitment Test shall be in the ratio of 1:1 of the vacancies advertised.

Merit List: In case, any post remains vacant after publication of the first Merit List as per the ratio of 1 : 1, then maximum 2 (two) more numbers of Merit List will be published. There shall be separate Merit List Subject-wise in case of Post Graduate Teacher.

Criteria of Merit List: The Merit List shall be prepared in the manner as proposed below:-

The marks secured in the TET cum Recruitment Test by the candidates of a particular subject shall be filtered out from the main list into a separate merit list of the particular subject. Similar process shall be adopted for all other subjects.

How to Check Assam GT PGT Result

Candidates who have applied for the Assam GT PGT TET Recruitment Test 2025 between 21st October and 20th November 2024 can check their result as well as marksheet from the official website of DSE Assam (https://madhyamik.assam.gov.in) using their Application Number and Password.
