1. Managing Director (MD)

Educational Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or related disciplines from a reputed institution.
Desired Profile/ Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in corporate operations, program delivery, or enterprise growth management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role heading a division/profit center/organization.

2. Senior Manager – Program Delivery

Educational Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Business Administration or equivalent from a reputed institution is preferred.
Desired Profile/ Experience:
• 8-12 years of relevant experience in incubation, acceleration, startup program management, or corporate innovation.
• Experience in designing and scaling structured innovation. programs within high-growth ecosystems.
• Demonstrated ability in ecosystem engagement, stakeholder management and program impact delivery.
• Familiarity with leading national/international startup support models (e.g., Startup India, State Startup Missions, Corporate Programs, Y Combinator, etc.).

Desired Profile/ Experience:
• 8-12 years of experience in academic entrepreneurship, CSR in education, innovation program delivery, or startup incubation and or Social Impact.
• Experience working with higher education institutions, university systems or student innovation platforms.
• Preferred exposure to campus entrepreneurship programs, youth-led innovation initiatives, or public-private education models.
• Experience in designing and executing large-scale student bootcamps, hackathons, or startup fests.

• Experience in evaluating, structuring, and managing investments in startup or scale-up ecosystems preferred.
• Demonstrated track record in fund structuring, financial modeling. portfolio management, and stakeholder relationship management.

5. Senior Manager – Partnerships (Ecosystem Outreach)

Educational Qualification: CA/ICWA/M.Com/B.Com /MBA(Finance) with strong foundation in accounting and financial management.
Desired Profile/ Experience:
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, SAP, or other accounting software, along with advanced MS Excel and reporting tools (Power BI preferred).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines.
Age Limit: Up to 35 years.
Pay: Fixed CTC of Rs. 6 lakhs to Rs. 9 lakhs depending on skills and experience.
