Qualification & Experience:
➢ Bachelor's Degree in any Discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience in field research, heritage documentation, or cultural project coordination. (Master's degree will be preferred)
➢ Candidates are required from Nalbari, Golaghat, Jorhat and Sivasagar district

Age Limit: 35 – 60 years
Monthly fixed Remuneration: Rs 30000/-
2. Field Investigator
No. of Post: 10
Qualification & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in any Discipline, Preference will be given to candidates with prior fieldwork experience in cultural documentation or community- based research, manuscript related work. Competency in the Tai language & Old Assamese Language - Willingness to travel extensively across rural and remote areas. Candidates are required from Dibrugarh, Golaghat, Jorhat, Sivasagar and Tinsukia district.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years & Maximum 60 years as on 01.01.2025

• Time: 11 A.M.
• Venue: at the Directorate of Historical and
Antiquarian Studies, Near Meghdoot Bhawan, Panbazar, Guwahati-1, Assam.
➢ The candidates must bring a Curriculum Vitae/ resume and 3 copies of passport size photographs with self-attested photocopy of all the certificates, mark sheets, experience certificates etc along with the original documents for verification.
➢ The Director i/c of Directorate of Historical and Antiquarian Studies, Assam reserves the right to cancel/ postpone the interview without assigning any reason thereof.
➢ The names of the shortlisted candidates will be displayed on the departmental website and also in the office notice board of Directorate of Historical and Antiquarian Studies. They may also be communicated through their respective Email IDs.
