1. Sr Manager (Finance)
No. of Post: 01 (UR) 

 

Qualification: Graduate with CA or ICWA with minimum 12 years post professional qualification executive experience in line in a PSU/large private sector organization, out of which 4 years in managerial position; experience in financial accounting, costing, budgeting, taxation, audit, liaison with banks/FIs; SAP knowledge desirable.

Scale of Pay (IDA): ₹32,900–3%–₹58,000
Approx. Annual CTC: Approx. ₹17.90 lakh

2. Dy Manager (Finance)
No. of Post: 01 (UR)  

 

Qualification: Graduate with CA or ICWA with minimum 8 years post qualification executive experience in finance/accounts in a PSU/large private sector organization; SAP knowledge desirable.

Scale of Pay (IDA): ₹24,900–3%–₹50,500
Approx. Annual CTC: Approx. ₹13.56 lakh

3. Officer (Finance)
No. of Post: 02 – (1 UR, 1 OBC)

 

Qualification: Graduate with CA or ICWA with minimum 3 years post qualification executive experience in finance/accounts in a PSU/large private sector organization.

4. Safety Officer
No. of Post: 01 (UR)

Qualification: Full time B.E/B.Tech in Fire Engineering with minimum 3 years post qualification executive experience in Safety in a PSU/large private sector industry; specific physical standards and vision criteria as per advertisement.

5. Engineer (Production)
No. of Post: 10 – (4 UR, 2 OBC, 2 SC, 1 ST, 1 EWS)

Qualification: Full time B.E/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering with minimum 3 years post qualification executive experience in line in a PSU/large private sector chemical industry; preference for fertilizer/chemical industries.

6. Engineer (Mechanical)

Qualification: Full time B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 3 years post qualification executive experience in mechanical maintenance in a PSU/large process industry; preference for fertilizer/chemical industries.

7. Engineer (Instrumentation)

Qualification: Full time B.E/B.Tech in Instrumentation / Electronics & Instrumentation / Electronics & Communication with minimum 3 years post qualification executive experience in instrumentation maintenance in a PSU/large process industry; exposure to DCS/PLC systems preferred.

8. Engineer (Civil)
No. of Post: 01 (UR)

 

Qualification: Full time B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum 3 years post qualification experience in RCC/steel structures, building/road maintenance, civil projects, sanitary & fire water lines, tendering in PSU/large private sector; fertilizer/chemical/refinery experience preferred.

9. Dy Manager (HR)

Qualification: Full time MBA / 2-year PG Degree or Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations / Labour & Social Welfare with minimum 8 years post qualification executive experience in HR in PSU/large private sector; Law degree desirable.

10. Officer (HR)
