1. DBT Project Manager

No of Posts: 1

Pay: 1,50,000 -2,15,000

Educational Qualification: Post Graduate degree/diploma in Business Administration or Public Policy or a closely related field or B Tech/ BE (Information Technology/Computer Science)/ MCA, from a recognised university or college, as a regularly enrolled student (excluding studies in distance education mode) Certifications (preferred but not Mandatory) — PMP /PgMP /CAMP/PRINCE2 /CompTIA Project+ or other industry equivalent certifications.

Age Limit: Minimum thirty-five (35) years as on 1st January 2024.

Experience: For Post Graduates at least 07-08 years of thematic experience in handling large e-Governance projects of Government / public sector.

2. DBT IT Expert

No of Posts: 1

Pay: 95,000-1,60,000

Educational Qualification: Minimum B Tech/ BE (Information Technology/Computer Science) or MCA, from a recognised university or college, as a regularly enrolled student (excluding studies in distance education mode).

Age Limit: Not more than fifty-five (55) years as on 1st January 2024

Experience: At least 3-5 years of thematic experience in handling large e-Governance projects of Government/ public sector.

3. DBT Expert

No of Posts: 1

Pay: 95,000-1,60,000

Educational Qualification: Master degree in Economics/ Finance/ Management/ Public Finance/ PGDM (2 years full time-AICTE approved) from a recognized University/ Institute .

Age Limit: Not more than fifty-five (55) years as on 1st January 2024.

Experience: At least seven 3-5 years of thematic experience in public/ private sector in handling large e-Governance projects of Government/public sector.

4. DBT Support Staff

No of Posts: 1

Pay: 35,000- 51,500

Educational Qualification: Minimum B. Tech/ BE or MCA or a closely related field from a recognised university or college, as a regularly enrolled student (excluding studies in distance education mode).

Experience: Minimum 2 years in related field.

Age Limit: Not more than 35 (thirty-five) years as on 1st January 2024.

5. DBT Grievance Redressal Associate

No of Posts: 1

Pay: 35,000- 51,500

Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelors degree from any a recognized university or college, as a regularly enrolled student (excluding studies in distance education mode).

Experience: At least 3 years of experience with more than 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Age Limit: Not more than 35 (thirty-five) years as on 1st January 2024.

1. Business Analyst - [01 Post]

1. Must have experience in delivering similar nature of work in Private sector/ Govt/ PSUs.
2. At least BTech, BE, MCA, or MBA, PGDBA in any discipline with overall experience of at least 2 years as a Business Analyst.
3. Must be able to analyze business requirements and processes through document analysis, interviews, workshops, and workflow analysis.
4. Should have Knowledge and hands-on experience on tools like Rational Rose, Microsoft Visio, etc.
5. Must be able to liaise between business/government and technical personnel to ensure a mutual understanding of processes and applications.
6. Strong analytical skills, and the ability to synthesize complex concepts and to communicate them effectively.

2. Senior Business Analyst - [01 Post]

• Must have experience in delivering similar nature of work in Private sector/ Govt/ PSUs.
• At least BTech, BE, MCA, or MBA, PGDBA in any discipline from any UGC recognized institution/ University with overall experience of at least 5 years in Business Analysis.
• Must be able to develop business architecture using requirements such as scope, processes, alternatives, and risks.
• Must be able to analyze business requirements and processes through document analysis, interviews, workshops, and workflow analysis.
• Must be able to translate stakeholder requirements into over tangible deliverables such as functional specifications, user cases, user stories, workflow/ process diagrams, data flow/ data model diagrams, Wireframes, prototypes, Business Process Modelling Language (BPML), Unified Modelling Language (UML) etc.
• Should have Knowledge and hands-on experience on tools like Rational Rose, Microsoft Visio, etc.
• Must be able to provide input into developing and modifying systems to meet business needs and develop business specifications to support these modifications.
• Must be able to liaise between business/ government and technical personnel to ensure a mutual
• understanding of processes and applications.

3. Human Resource Manager - [01 Post]

• Must have experience in delivering similar nature of work in State Government/ PSU.
• At least 2years MBA with HR or Personnel Management from any Govt. recognized University with overall experience of at least 5 years.

4. Operational Manager - [01 Post]

• Must have experience in delivering similar nature of work in State Government/ PSU.

5. Junior Financial Manager Specialist - [01 Post]

• Must have similar experience in at least one Society driving World Bank aided project.
• At least Graduate in Commerce discipline from any Govt. recognized University with overall experience of at least 5 years.
• At least 03 (three ) years experience in State/ Central/ Govt regd Society in Assam or North East.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of State Accounting procedures as well as World Bank Financial Norms
• Experience in offline and online applications using and working with advanced computer tools.
• Proficiency in working with Tally or some other Accounting Packages.

6. Visual Design Specialist - [01 Posts]

• Degree/Diploma in graphic designing/fine arts
• Diploma in animation
• At least 3 years of experience as graphic designer for print and/or web in a reputed advertising agency/media house.
• Strong command over design editing software like Adobe Photoshop, Coral Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.
• Proficiency in Assamese is preferable.
• Experience in Government projects/direct experience of working in Government will be preferred.

7. Content Writer - [01 Post]

• Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Mass Communication/ Journalism or Post Graduate in English.
