1. Financial Management & Accounting Expert

No of Posts: 01 Post

Age Limit: 27 Years to 45 Years.

Educational Qualification: Post graduate or graduate in finance of CA from recognized university.

Experience: 5-7 years of experience in Municipal finance. Experience in evaluating urban infrastructure investments and helping city governments to use a range options for financing projects. Having knowledge of SNA SPARSH/DBT. Experience to advise and train staff in municipal finance, project finance and resource mobilization and public private partnerships. Ability to work in a team and train staff to use the systems.

2. City Project Manager-Municipal Civil Engineer

No of Posts: 03 Posts

Age Limit: 27 Years to 45 Years.

Educational Qualification: Post graduate or graduate degree in Engineering (Civil)

Experience: At least 3 years of work experience in government/semi-govt./autonomous organizations private company repute Experience in procurement design, and supervision of infrastructure works. Ability to assist ULBs to set standards and monitoring compliances. Prior experience as municipal engineer will be an added advantage. Fluency in local language is essential.

3. City Project Manager MIS Specialist

No of Posts: 03 Posts

Age Limit: 27 Years to 45 Years.

Educational Qualification: Post Graduate/Graduate/B. Tech Diploma in Computer Science/Electronics of MCA/PGDCA.

Experience: At least 3-5 years of work experience in government/semi-govt./autonomous organizations/private company of repute. Experience in software development and database management. Fluency in local language is essential.

4. City Project Manager -Municipal Finance Specialist

No of Posts: 02 Posts

Age Limit: 27 Years to 45 Years.

Educational Qualification: Post Graduate/graduate degree in Finance/BBA or equivalent qualifications.

Experience: At least 3-5 years of work experience in government/semi-govt./autonomous organizations/private company of repute. Skills to evaluate urban infrastructure investments and helping city governments to examine and use a range of options for financing projects. Fluency in local language is essential.

Eligibility Criteria of PMAY Urban Assam Recruitment:

Age Limit: 27 to 45 years

Educational Qualification & Experience: 

• Post Graduate/Graduate or diploma in Business Administration, Management or related field.

• 3–5 years of professional experience in developing and managing projects on PPP mode.

• Experience in formulation of PPP projects (including relevant concession agreement, due diligence processes, value for money audits, public sector comparator etc.)

• Experience in preparing project agreement tender process, detailed legal and contractual agreement, risk management and contingent liability issues and financial analysis of complex project proposals with respect to PPP projects.

- Expertise in preparation of DPR, Financial Tenability & Viability Analysis of Projects

Qualification: Graduate degree in Engineering (Civil) / Graduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Application, Information Technology/ Graduate in Commerce, Finance, BBA / Graduate in

7. Project Associate (MIS)

Salary :

As per Capacity Building Guideline, MoHUA, Govt of India & Capacity Building Plan 2019-20.

Engagement Type : 

The appointment will be on contractual basis for a period of one year which is likely to be extended (may be based on performance) and the incumbent shall not have any claim for regular appointment.

Applications are invited from candidates for the contractual work which involves Geo-Tagging of PMAY Urban houses under Beneficiary Led Construction (BLC) at various stages of construction like Lintel Stage/ Roof Stage/ Completed Stage.

Total Vacancy: 150 Posts available for 97 Urban Local Bodies across the state of Assam.


Eligibility:

• Minimum educational qualification  Higher Secondary pass (Class XII)
• Comfortable with operating android mobile phones and must own an Android mobile phone.

Contract Period: 1 month or less.

Pay: The candidates shall be paid Rs.40/- per Geo-Tagged house. No extra payment in form of Conveyance or Travelling Allowance or Honorarium or remuneration would be paid from the Mission Directorate apart from Rs.40 per Geo-Tagging of BLC houses.
