Applications are invited from eligible candidates in relevant Standard Form, to fill up the following vacant posts in the establishment of the Principal Judge, Familly Court No II, Kamrup (M), Guwahati.
1. Name of the Post: UDA
Total Post: 01 (UR)
Qualification: Applicants should have rendered not less than 5-years of continuous service as on 01.01.2018 as L.D.A. in the establishment, where the Assam District Session & Judges Establishment (Ministerial) Service Rules 1987, is applicable.
Pay Scale: Rs. 14,000-49,000/- plus GP 7,400/-
2. Name of the Post: Nazir
Total Post: 01 (UR)
Qualification: Applicants should have rendered not less than 5-years of continuous service as on 01.01.2018 as L.D.A. in the establishment, where the Assam District Session & Judges Establishment (Ministerial) Service Rules 1987, is applicable.
Pay Scale: Rs. 14,000-49,000/- plus GP 7,400/-
3. Name of the Post: Record Keeper
Total Post: 01 (UR)
Qualification: Applicants should have rendered not less than 5-years of continuous service as on 01.01.2018 as L.D.A. in the establishment, where the Assam District Session & Judges Establishment (Ministerial) Service Rules 1987, is applicable.

4. Name of the Post: Process Server
Total Post: 01 (UR)
Qualification: Applicants should have a minimum qualification of Class VIII passed from a recognized school.
Pay Scale: Rs. 14,000-49,000/- plus GP 5,000/-
Age Limit: 18-years - 44-years as on the date of publication of the advertisement. Age relaxation for SC/ ST/ OBC/ MOBC PWD will be applicable as per Govt. norms.
General Condition:
Separate applications should be submitted for separate posts. The applicants will have to submit self-attested copies of all relevant documents of educational qualification, experience, caste, age proof etc. along with the application.
The applicant will have to submit 3 (three) recent passport size photographs and a self-addressed envelope with postal stamp of Rs. 6/- along with the application. Applications should reach the office within 30-days from the date of publication of advertisement. Place and date of written test/ viva-voce will be intimated to the candidates, later on through Call letter.
Duly completed application form along with all relevant documents and self-addressed envelope should be dropped in the DROP-BOX kept in the premises of the office of the Principal Judge, Family Court-II, Kamrup(M), Guwahati on or before the last date.
