Kendriya Vidyalaya, Nagaon invites eligible candidates for appearing a walk-in-interview for recruitment to the following various positions purely on Contractual basis.
1. PRT - Primary Teacher
Pass HSSLC (10+2) with 50% marks or Intermediate with 50% marks or its equivalent with JBT.
Candidates must be qualified in CTET. and should be competent to teach through Hindi & English medium.
Desirable: Knowledge of Computer Applications.
2. TGTs - Trained Graduate Teachers (Sanskrit, Hindi, English, S.St, Maths, Science)
Four (04) years Integrated degree course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate;
OR
Should possess Bachelor's Degree with at least 50% marks in the concerned subjects. Candidates must be qualified in CTET. and should be competent to teach through Hindi & English medium.
3. PGTs - Post Graduate Teachers (English, Hindi, Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, History, Geography, Commerce, Economics)
a) Two (02) years Integrated Post Graduate M.Sc Course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject;
OR
Master Degree from a recognized University with at least 50% marks in aggregate in the relevant subjects.
b) Must possess B.Ed. or equivalent degree.
c) Should be competent to teach through Hindi & English medium.
Desirable: Knowledge of computer applications.
4. PGT (Computer Science)
B.E or B. Tech. (Computer Science/ IT) with 50% marks OR B.E or B. Tech. (in any stream) and PG Diploma in Computer. (checked Advt for more).
5. Computer Instructor
Any one of B.Tech/ BCA/ MCA/ M.Sc.(CS/ IT)/ B.Sc (CS) or Graduate/ PG/ (Science/Maths) with PGDCA or PG in any subject with “A” level from DOEACC from Govt. recognized institution.
6. Coaches in Games & Sports
M.PEd/ B.PEd OR Diploma in the concerned field (Specialization if any, represented in any at State/National level (If applicable). Proficiency in English and Hindi.
7. Yoga Coach
Must possess Graduation in any subject or equivalent from recognized university and one-year training in Yoga from recognized institutions.
8. Nurse
B.Sc Nursing/ Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery with registration in the Nursing Council.
9. Counselor
MA/ MSc (Psychology) from a recognized college or university + Counselors regular one-year post-graduate diploma in guidance and counseling.
OR
MA/ M,Sc/ M.Com with B.Ed/ M. Ed/ qualification + Regular 01 year PG diploma in guidance and counseling.
Age Limit: Minimum and maximum age limit shall be 18 years and 65 years respectively as on 01.04.2019.
Relaxation in CTET: It should be noted that, in the absence of CTET qualified candidates, candidates without CTET qualification may be considered, if otherwise eligible as per KVS recruitment Rules.
Relaxation of B.Ed qualification: In the absence of suitable candidates with B.Ed degree in Hard/ Very Hard stations the review shall be as per the guidelines laid down vide KVSHQ letter.
Note: Eligible and interested candidates would be required to apply in the prescribed format available in the Vidyalaya on at date of interview.

- For All others: 03-02-2019
