ASRLM Society invites Online applications for engagement on contractual basis for the following positions:

1. State Project Manager - Non-Farm Livelihoods

Level: State

No. of post: 01 (UR)

Qualification: Post Graduate degree in Social work/ Rural Development or MBA (Finance/ Marketing & Supply chain Management). 7+ years post qualification experience.

Salary: Rs.63,000/- pm

Age: 32-45 years.



2. Project Manager - HR

Level: State

No. of post: 01 (UR)

Qualification: Post Graduate degree/ MBA in Human Resource. 3+ years post qualification experience.

Salary: Rs.49,000/- pm

Age: 30-40 years.



3. Project Executive - Finance & Accounts

Level: State

No. of post: 01 (UR)

Qualification: Post Graduate degree in Commerce/ Management. 3+ years post qualification experience.

Salary: Rs.42,000/- pm

Age: 30-40 years.



4. Project Assistant - Social Inclusion, Social Development

Level: State

Qualification: Post Graduate degree. 2+ years post qualification experience.

Salary: Rs.35,000/- pm

Age: 23-40 years.



5. District Project Manager

6. District Functional Expert (SM, IB  & CB)

Qualification: Post Graduate degree. 2+ years post qualification experience.

Salary: Rs.35,000/- pm

Age: 25-40 years.



7. District Functional Expert (Livelihoods & Marketing)

8. District Functional Expert (FI)

9. District Functional Expert (Skills)

10. District Accounts Manager

Level: District

No. of post: 02 (OBC)

Qualification: Post Graduate degree in commerce/ CA/ ICWA. 2+ years post qualification experience.

Salary: Rs.28,000/- pm

Age: 25-40 years.



11. District MIS Manager

Level: District

No. of post: 15 [UR-8, OBC-4, SC-1, STP-2]

Qualification: MSc-IT or MCA having experience in documentation, reporting, data analysis and online monitoring activities in social/ community development projects. Working knowledge of data management software will be essential. 2+ years post qualification experience.

Salary: Rs.25,000/- pm

Age: 25-40 years.



12. Block Project Manager

Level: Block

No. of post: 02 (STH)

Qualification: Post Graduate degree. 2+ years post qualification experience.

Salary: Rs.35,000/- pm

Age: 25-40 years.



13. Block Coordinator

Level: Block

No. of post: 141 [UR-61, OBC-45, SC-8, STP-21, STH-6]

Qualification: Graduate degree. 1+ years post qualification experience.

Salary: Rs.21,560/- pm

Age: 23-40 years.



14. Block Coordinator - Mahila Kisan Sashaktikaran Pariyojna (MKSP)

Level: Block

Qualification: Graduate degree. 1+ years post qualification experience.

Salary: Rs.21,560/- pm

Age: 23-40 years.



15. Block Coordinator - Start up village Entrepreneurship Program (SVEP AAP)

Qualification: Graduate degree. 1+ year post qualification experience.

Salary: Rs.21,560/- pm

Age: 23-40 years.



16. MIS Assistant cum Accountant

Level: Block

No. of post: 04 (STH)

Qualification: Graduate (BCA/ B. Com) with knowledge & experience in MS-Office plus tally and other data entry/ accounting software. 1+ year post qualification experience.

Salary: Rs.15,000/- pm

Age: 23-40 years.

Candidates should note that for each of the following groups of posts, he/she can apply for only one post within that group:

a) Group I - Project Executive-Finance & Accounts, District Project Manager.

b) Group II - project Assistant- Social Inclusion, Social Development, District Functional Expert (SM, IB & CB), District Functional Expert (Livelihoods & Marketing), District Functional Expert (FI), District Functional Expert (Skills Block Project Manager.

c) Group III - Block Coordinator, Block Coordinator (MKSP), Block Coordinator (SVEP AAP)

d) Group IV - District Accounts Manager, Dishict MIS Manager, MIS Assistant cum Accountant.


Duration of Engagement: Initially, this engagem€nt will be for one year. Based on performance and requirement of the mission, the contract may further be extended, subject to satisfactory performance.

Cut-off date for the purpose of calculation of age and experience shall be 01/04/2019 (1st April,2019).

Relaxation in maximum age: SC/ST candidates - 5years; OBC/PWD candidates 3years.
