ASRLM Society invites Online applications for engagement on contractual basis for the following professionals for the project 'National Rural Economic Transformation Project (NRETP)"

1. Project Manager - Digital Finance

Level: State

No. of post: 01 (UR)

Qualification: Post Graduate degree in Rural Development, Master in Social Work, Financial Management. Min 5 years post qualification experience.

Salary: Rs.49,000/- pm

Age: 30-40 years.



2. Project Manager - Value Chain and Forward Linkage

Level: State

No. of post: 01 (UR)

Qualification: Post Graduate degree in Agri-business management/ Rural management/ Rural marketing or MBA in marketing. Min 5 years post qualification experience.

Salary: Rs.49,000/- pm

Age: 30-40 years.



3. Project Manager - Enterprise Promotion (Non-Farm)

Level: State

No. of post: 01 (UR)

Qualification: MBA in Finance/ Rural Management/ Marketing or CA or ICWA. Min 5 years post qualification experience.

Salary: Rs.49,000/- pm

Age: 30-40 years.



4. Young Professional

Level: State

No. of post: 20 [UR-11, OBC-5, SC-1, STP-2, STH-1]

Qualification: Post Graduate degree in Rural Development Management, Master in Social Work. 0-2 years post qualification experience.

Salary: Rs.25,000/- pm

Age: Below 30 years.

5. Block Coordinator - Financial Inclusion

Level: Block

No. of post: 20 [UR-11, OBC-5, SC-1, STP-2, STH-1]

Qualification: Graduate degree in Rural Development Management/ Social Work/ Financial Management. 1+ years post qualification experience.

Salary: Rs.21,560/- pm

Age: 23-40 years.

6. Block Coordinator - Forward Linkage

Level: Block

No. of post: 20 [UR-11, OBC-5, SC-1, STP-2, STH-1]

Qualification: Graduate degree in Agri. Science/ Forestry/ Rural Development/ Rural Management/ Social Sciences. 1+ years post qualification experience.

Salary: Rs.21,560/- pm

Age: 23-40 years.



7. Block Coordinator - Non-Farm

Level: Block

No. of post: 20 [UR-11, OBC-5, SC-1, STP-2, STH-1]

Qualification: Graduate degree in Management/ Commerce/ Engineering. 1+ years post qualification experience.

Salary: Rs.21,560/- pm

Age: 23-40 years.

Candidates should note that for each of the following groups of posts, he/she can apply for only one post within that group:

a) Group I - Project Manager - Digital Finance, Project Manager- Value Chain and Forward Linkage, Project Manager- Enterprise Promotion (Non-Farm)

b) Group II - Block coordinator-Financial inclusion, Block Coordinator- Forward Linkage, Block Coordinator-Non-farm

Duration of Engagement:  Initially this engagement will be for one year. Based on performance and requirement of the mission, the contract may further be extended, subject to satisfactory performance and duration of the NRETP project.

Cut-off date for the purpose of calculation of age and experience shall be 01/04/2019 (1st April,2019).

Relaxation in maximum age: SC/ST candidates - 5years; OBC/PWD candidates 3years.
