Screening/ Verification of Documents/ Testimonials of Candidates who have

applied for the Post of Grade-III and Grade-IV Staff

under the Directorate of Elementary Education, Assam

It is informed to all candidates who have applied for the Post of Grade-III, Grade-IV, and Driver Post, that the Directorate of Elementary Education (DEE), Assam will be held Screening/ Verification of Documents/ Testimonials of Candidates from 03/06/2019 to 21/06/2019.

[Available DEE Assam Admit Card for Written Test]

1. Grade-III Staff - [78 Posts]

• Junior Assistant
• Statistical Assistant
• Computer 

2. Grade-IV Staff - [149 Posts]

• Peon
• Night Chowkidar

3. Driver Posts - [03 Posts]

Required Documents to be produced at the time of verification:

A. Check List for Grade-III posts (JA-HQ/ JA-FLE/ SA-FLE):

1. Identity Proof & Address Proof (Permanent Resident of Assam)
2. Date of Birth (Birth Certificate/ Admit Card/ Certificate)
3. Educational Qualification (Bachelor’s Degree from recognized University)
4. Computer Qualification (6-Month Diploma from an institute recognized by Govt.)
5. Caste Certificate issued by Competent Authority.

B. Check List for Grade-IV posts (Peon/ Night Chowkidar):

1. Identity Proof & Address Proof (Permanent Resident of Assam)
2. Date of Birth (Birth Certificate/ Admit Card/ Certificate)
3. Educational Qualification (Read up-to Class-VIII)
4. Caste Certificate issued by Competent Authority.

C. Check List for the posts of Driver:

1. Identity Proof & Address Proof (Permanent Resident of Assam)
2. Date of Birth (Birth Certificate/ Admit Card/ Certificate)
3. Educational Qualification (HSLC Exam passed from recognized Board)
4. Driving License (Medium Vehicle Driving License issued by Competent Authority)
5. Caste Certificate issued by Competent Authority

Other Instructions:

1. All the qualifications/ certificates must be obtained before the age of 38 years as per existing Govt. rules.
2. The candidates attending the Screening/ Verification must bring along the Registration Copy/ Print Out of successful Online Application.
3. All candidates must submit a self-attested photocopy set of relevant testimonials along with a copy of Passport Photo.
