The Director, PMMVY, Assam State, invites a Walk-In-Interview from eligible candidates for purely temporary contractual posts under the scheme Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana (PMMVY), Assam State.

1. State Programme Assistant

Requisite Qualifications:

• Graduation with Major in Social Sciences/ Social Work/ Rural Management/ Statistics.
• At least 2 years experience of working with the Government/ Non- Government organizations.
• Proficiency in using MS-Office, data entry and analysis.
• Proficiency in local language and English.

Remuneration: Fixed Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) only per month.

2. District Programme Coordinator (to be posted in different districts of Assam)

Requisite Qualifications:

• Post Graduate in Social Sciences/ Life Sciences/ Nutrition/ Medicine/ Health Management/ Social Work/ Rural management.
• At least 1 year experience of working with the Government/ Non- Government organizations.
• Proficiency in using MS-Office.
• Proficiency in local language and English.

Remuneration: Fixed Rs. 35,000/- (Rupees Thirty Five Thousand) only per month.

3. District Programme Assistant (to be posted in different districts of Assam)

Requisite Qualifications:

• Graduation with Major in Social Sciences/ Social Work/Rural management/ Statistics
• At least 1 year experience of working with the Government/ Non- Government organizations.
• Proficiency in using MS-Office, data entry and analysis.

Remuneration: Fixed Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) only per month.

Age Criteria: Minimum 18 years & maximum 38 years as on 01/01/2019 with relaxation of 5 years in upper age limit for candidates under SC, ST (P), ST (H) & persons with disability category.

Self Assessment:

All the aspirant candidates have to fill up the prescribed Self-Assessment format available at the Department’s website and shall submit the signed copy of the same during the Walk-inInterview. No candidate will be allowed to appear for the Walk-in-Interview without the selfAssessment format. The details are as follows:

1. Academic Excellence: Maximum Weight-age will be of 12 Marks Criteria:

• Candidates who have received 60% or above in qualified examinations as required for the positions will get Maximum 3 Marks.
• Candidates who have received 45% or above in all qualified examinations as required for the positions will get Maximum 2 Marks.
• Candidates who have received below 45% in all qualified examinations as required for the positions will get Maximum 2 Marks.

2. Work Experience: Maximum Weight-age will be of 5 Marks Criteria:

• Candidates will get 1 mark for each complete year of work experience; the maximum weight-age will be 5 Marks.

3. Knowledge of Computer: Maximum Weight-age will be of 3 Marks Criteria:

• - Diploma in Computer will get 1 mark
• - Degree in Computer will get 2 Marks
• - Masters in Computer will get 3 Marks

Note: Maximum weight-age for self-assessment will be of 20 Marks. Candidates who receive below 10 marks after self-assessment need not to appear for the Walk-in-Interview.

• Time: from 10:00 AM onwards.
