Applications are invited from intending for appearing a walk-in-interview for recruitment to the post of one (04) no. of Field Officer (Disaster Management) for Morigaon, Mayong and Mikirbheta Revenue Circle on contract basis under District Disaster Management Authority (DDMA), Morigaon District.

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree in Science or with Statistics, Geography, Environmental Science or Geography as a subject or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Computer skills specially MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ Internet Usage/ Email etc. (preference will be given to candidates having done BCA or equivalent course on Computer Science).

Age: 21-35 years as on 1st day of January 2019, and relaxable or SC/ST candidates.

Remuneration: Rs.20000/- (fixed) which includes Pay-Rs.15000, Mobile allowances-Rs.4000/-, Telephone Charges-Rs.1000/-

Duration of Engagement: The contract will initially be for a period one year subject to annual renewal on the basis of performance.

Selection Process: Field Officer will be selected on the basis of interview/ written test which will be for 100 marks with following break-up:

• Marks obtained in Graduation/ Diploma Level Exam: 50 Marks
• Knowledge of District Management issues: 20 marks
• Knowledge of Computer: 20 Marks
• Attitude & personality traits: 10 Marks
