Army Recruitment Rally will be held for eligible candidates of districts Hojai, Biswanath, Nagaon, Sonitpur & Morigaon w.e.f. 13.01.2020 to 17.01.2020 at Solmara Military Station, Tezpur.

Recruitment Rally will be held for the following 5 Districts :

1. Hojai
2. Biswanath
3. Nagaon
4. Sonitpur
5. Morigaon

Army Recruitment Rally, Tezpur 2020 - Details:

1. Soldier General Duty 

Education: Class-10th / Matric with 45% marks in aggregate and 33% in each subject.

Height- 160 cm and Wieght- 48 kg.

Chest: 77 (+5 CM expansion)

2. Soldier Technical

Educational: 10+2 /Intermediate exam pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English with 50% marks in aggregate and 40% in each subject. 

Height- 157 cm and Wieght- 48 kg.

Chest: 77 (+5 CM expansion).

3. Soldier Clerk/ Store Keeper Technical

Education: 10+2 /Intermediate exam pass in any stream (Arts, Commerce, Science) with 60% marks in aggregate and minimum 50% in each subject. Securing 50% in English and Maths/Account/Book Keeping in Class 12th is mandatory.

Height- 160 cm and Wieght- 48 kg.

Chest: 77 (+5 CM expansion).

4. Soldier Tradesman (10th Pass)

Education: 10th simple pass. No stipulation in aggregate percentage but should have scored min 33% in each subject. 

Height- 160 cm and Wieght- 48 kg.

Chest: 77 (+5 CM expansion).

5. Soldier Tradesman (8th Pass)

Education: Class 8th simple pass (For Syce, Mess Keeper and House Keeper). No stipulation in aggregate percentage but should have scored min 33% in each subject. 

Height- 160 cm and Wieght- 48 kg.

Chest: 77 (+5 CM expansion).

Age Limit:

For SL No. 1- Minimum 17½ and Maximum 21 years.
For SL No. 2 to 5- Minimum 17½ and Maximum 23 years.

Selection Process:

1. Physical Fitness Test (PFT) - at Rally Site
2. Physical Measurement - at Rally Site
3. Medical Test
4. Written Test through Common Entrance Examination (CEE)

Date of Online Application: 

Online registration is mandatory and will be open from 14.11.2019 to 28.12.2019

Admit Card:

Admit Cards for the rally will be sent through registered e-mail from 29.12.2019 to 12.01.2020. Candidates should reach the venue on given date and time as mentioned in the Admit Card.

Rally Date:

Recruitment Rally will be held form 13.01.2020 to 17.01.2020

Venue of Rally: 

At Solmara Military Station, Tezpur.

Note: Candidates will be permitted entry into the rally site only on production of Admit Card in duplicate generated online through the official website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in.
