GROUP-A Posts

1. General Manager (Marketing/ Finance & Accounts)
Total Posts: 02 (UR)

Qualification: Masters Degree in Management with specialization in relevant discipline.


2. Deputy General Manager (HR)
Total Posts: 01 (UR)

Qualification: Masters Degree in Management with specialization in Personnel stream or equivalent Post Graduate 2 years full time Diploma in Management with specialization in personnel stream or MSW or equivalent degree.


3. Senior Manager (Marketing/ Legal )
Total Posts: 02 (UR)

Qualification: For Marketing  Master's Degree in Management with specialization in Marketing. For Legal Masters Degree in Law.


4. Deputy Manager (Marketing/ Finance & Accounts)
Total Posts: 03 (UR) [Marketing-2, F&A-1]

Qualification: For Marketing  Graduate degree. For F&A Graduate Degree in Commerce.


5. Assistant Manager (Marketing/ Finance & Accounts/ HR/ Legal/ R&D)
Total Posts: 07 (UR-2, OBC-3, EWS-2) [Marketing-2, F&A-1, HR-2, Legal-1, R&D-1]

Qualification: 

• Marketing: Graduate degree. 
• F&A: Graduate Degree in Commerce.
• HR: Graduate Degree
• Legal: Graduate in Law
• R&D: Graduate

6. Sales Executive
Total Posts: 04 [UR-3, OBC-1]

Qualification: Graduate Degree preferably in Business Administration/ Economics/ Law/ fashion technology/ design & development/ food technology/ packaging.

7. Sr. Assistant

Qualification: Graduate Degree preferably in Business Administration/ Economics/ Law/ Social work.

8. Sr. Accountant
Total Posts: 07 [UR-5, PwD(OH)-1(UR), EWS-01]

Qualification: Graduate Degree in Commerce.

9. Commercial Assistant
Total Post: 04 [UR-3, ESM-1]

Qualification: Graduate degree, preferably in Business Administration/ Science/ Economics/Fashion Technology/ Design & Development/ Food Technology/ Packaging.


10. Assistant
Total Post: 02 [UR-1, EWS-1]

Qualification: Graduate, preferably in Business Administration/ Economics/ Law/ Library Science.


11. Accountant
Total Post: 02 [OBC-1, SC-1]

Qualification: Graduate in Commerce.


12. Hindi Translator
Total Post: 01 (UR)

Qualification: Graduate degree with Hindi & English as subjects.



13. Junior Assistant
Total Post: 21[UR-14, ESM-1, ST-1, OBC-3, EWS-1]

Qualification: Graduate degree or equivalent.


14. Junior Commercial Assistant

Qualification: Graduate or equivalent qualification. Should have working knowledge of computers.


15. Junior Accountant/ Jr.Accounts Asstt

Qualifications: Graduate in Commerce. Should have working knowledge of computers.


16. Driver
Total Post: 03 [OBC-2, EWS-1)

Qualifications: 10th or ITI equivalent. Possessing a valid driving license.


17. MTS
Total Post: 01 (EWS)

Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent pass or ITI pass. Knowledge of reading/ writing local language essential. Hindi/ English preferred.

AGE LIMIT (As on 01/07/2019):

• General Manager/ Dy. General Manager: 45-50 years
• Senior Manager: 35-40 years
• Dy Manager: 25-30 years
• Asstt Manager: 21-30 years
• Sales Executive, Sr. Asstt. & Sr. Accountant: 25-35 years
• Commercial Asstt Asstt/Accountant/ Hindi Translator: 23-33 years
• Junior Asstt/ Jr. Commercial Asstt /Jr. Accountant: 21-30 years
• Driver: 18-30 years
• MTS: 18-25 years
• Relaxation as per Govt. rules.

MODE OF SELECTION:

• For Group-A posts – Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by Interview.
• For Group-B and Group-C posts - Computer Based Test (CBT).
• For the post of Driver - Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by their skill-test. 

EXAMINATION FEE:

• Group A: Rs.1000/-
• Group-B & Group-C: Rs.750/-
