Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM), Kamrup (Metro), Guwahati invites applications from the intending candidates for filling up the following vacant posts.

1. Process Server
No. of Post: 02

Qualification: Minimum class XII pass.
Scale of Pay: Rs.14,000-60,500/- with GP- Rs.5,200/- (PB-2)

2. Office Peon
No. of Post: 03

Qualification: Minimum class VIII passed and maximum class XII passed.
Scale of Pay: Rs.12,000-52,000/- with GP- Rs.3,900/- (PB-1)

3. Chowkidar (Likely to be vacant)
No. of Post: 01

Qualification: Minimum class VIII passed and maximum class XII passed.
Scale of Pay: Rs.12,000-52,000/- with GP- Rs.3,900/- (PB-1)

Age Limit (as on 04/01/2020): 18 to 44 years. The upper age limit will be relaxed in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD as per rules.

Details of Interview: 

• Written Test: Comprising General English, General Knowledge and Assamese of 50 marks of 90 minutes duration on 23/01/2020.
• Viva-voce: Viva-voce of 50 marks (preference will be given to those having professional Driving Licence)

Admit Card/ Call Letter: The eligible candidates shall have to collect their respective Admit Card w.e.f. 06/01/2020 to 18/01/2020 from the office of the CJM, Kamrup (M), Guwahati during office hours and it is made clear that no call letters will be issued by post to any candidates separately.

How To Apply: Duly filled applications in Standard Form along with the self-attested testimonials should reach the Office of The Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM), Kamrup (M), Guwahati-01 on or before 04/01/2020 by 4.15 PM.
