Director of AYUSH Assam recruitment 2020: In cancellation of earlier advertisement published on 14/01/2020, applications in Standard Form are invited from intending candidates for recruitment in the 7 nos. of (Grade III) & (Grade IV) posts (Supervising Assistant, Computer Operator, Typist cum Computer Operator, Driver and Office Peon) under the Directorate of AYUSH, Assam, Dispur, Guwahati.

Director of AYUSH Assam recruitment 2020 - Details:

1. Grade-III (Office Supervising Assistant/ Storekeeper-cum-Accountant)

No. of Post: 01 (UR)

Pay Scale: Rs.14,000 - Rs.49,000/- + GP- Rs.7,400/-

Qualification: Graduate or equivalent and Diploma of 1 (one) year in Computer application. Preference will be given to candidates having graduation with IT.
Experience: Preference will be given on working experience in similar field.

2. Grade-III (Computer Operator)

No. of Post: 01 (UR)

Pay Scale: Rs.14,000 - Rs.49,000/- + GP- Rs.6,200/-

Qualification: Graduate in any stream and Certificate/ Diploma of 6 months in Computer application (i.e. MS Office etc.).
Experience: Preference will be given on working experience in similar field.

3. Grade-III (Typist cum Computer Operator)

No. of Post: 01 (OBC)

Pay Scale: Rs.14,000 - Rs.49,000/- + GP- Rs.6,200/-

Qualification: Graduate in any stream and Certificate/ Diploma of 6 months in Computer application (i.e. MS Office etc.).
Experience: Preference will be given on working experience in similar field.

4. Grade-III (Driver)

No. of Post: 02 [UR-1, OBC-1]

Pay Scale: Rs.14,000 - Rs.49,000/- + GP- Rs.5,000/-

Qualification: HSLC passed with valid LMV Driving License.

5. Grade-IV (Office Peon)

No. of Post: 02 [UR-1, OBC-1]

Pay Scale: Rs.12,000 - Rs.37,500/- + GP- Rs.3,900/-

Qualification: Class VIII passed.

Age Limit (as on 01/01/2020):

Candidate must not less than 18 years and more than 43 years as on 01-01-2020. Age relaxation is applicable by 05 years for SC, ST(P), ST(H) candidates as per rules.

Selection Process:

Candidate(s) whose applications are found in order will have to appear for written competitive examination for 2:00 hours comprising of the following subjects. The type/ mode of question paper will be in a Multiple Choice Question (MCQ). There shall be no negative marking for wrong answers.

(a) For the post of Office Supervising Assistant/ Storekeeper-cum-Accountant
General Maths: 30 marks, General English: 25 marks, General Knowledge: 25 marks= Total 80 marks.

(b) For the post of Computer Operator
General English: 30 marks, General Theory 25 marks, General Awareness: 25 marks= Total: 80 marks.

(c) For the post of Typist cum Computer Operator
General English: 30 marks, General Theory: 25 marks, General Awareness: 25 marks= Total: 80 marks.

(d) For the post of Driver General Knowledge: 30 marks, General Traffic Rules& Regulation: 40 marks, General English: 10marks= Total 80 marks.

(e) For the post of Office Peon: General Knowledge: 50 marks, General Assamese: 50 marks= Total 100 marks.

How To Apply:

Application in Standard Form with necessary documents along with 3 (three) copies of recent Passport size photographs duly signed should be addressed to the Director of AYUSH, Assam, Banphool Nagar Path, Near Housefed, Dispur, Guwahati-781006 on or before 15/02/2020 (5 PM).

The candidates should submit self-attested copies of the following documents:

1. Educational Qualification.
2. Age Proof Certificate.
3. Experienced certificate.
4. Certificate issued by Competent Authorities prescribed by the Govt, regarding their status SC/ST (P)/ ST(H)/ OBC/MOBC.
5. Certificate of Valid Employment Registration Card.
