Job Description:

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

1. Ensure the sale of Gear and MCA based on the goals and objectives as defined by the Management as per SBP;

2. Responsible for the placement of Royal Enfield gear at dealers in allocated area;

3. Plan and achieve the organizational goals as set in the annual plan-in terms of volumes, conversion, Per Bike Sale and overall growth of the organization;

4. Handling of dealerships in the specified region and Review the Sales process at dealerships;

5. Ensuring that dealers achieve the Retails / Wholesale as per annual business plan;

6. To Travel as per Fixed Journey Cycle to dealership and review forecasts;

7. To Offer Dealership support in identifying, recruiting and training of Gear Sales staff as required;

8. Keep added focus on Secondary Sales to customer, thus achieving desired sell thru on primary sales;

9. Ensure that dealership infrastructure is as per latest Corporate Identity Process norms and are compliant to all RE norms / Policies;

10. Attending to customer complaints, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained;

11. Plan and implement sales promotional activities capturing optimum market shares.
