1. Programme Officer

No. of Post: 08 [UR-5, SC-1, OBC-2]

Qualification:

(a) Degree from recognized University

(b) 7 years experience of dealing with cultural activities, organizing festivals and exhibitions/ international relations/ personnel, administrative/ financial matters etc. in Government departments/ autonomous bodies/ Universities/ recognized Research Institutions/ Public Undertakings/ NGOs.

Age Limit: 18-35 years. Relaxation as per govt norms.
Pay Scale: PB-3, Rs. 15600-39100/- + Rs. 5400 GP, [Level 10]

2. Assistant Programme Officer

No. of Post: 10 [UR-7, SC-1, OBC-2]

Qualification:

(a) Degree from recognized University.

(b) 5 years experience of dealing with cultural activities, organizing festivals and exhibitions/ international relations/ personnel, administrative/ financial matters etc. in Government departments/ Autonomous bodies/ Universities/ recognized Research Institutions/ Public Undertakings/ NGOs.

Age Limit: (as on 1.1.2020): Upto 35 years

Pay Scale: PB-2, Rs. 9300-34800/- + Rs. 4600/- GP, [Level 7]

3. Assistant

Qualification: Degree from recognized university.

Age Limit: (as on 1.1.2020): Upto 30 years. Relaxation as per govt norms.

Pay Scale: PB-2, Rs. 9300-34800/- + Rs. 4200/- GP, [Level 6]

4. Sr.Stenographer

Qualification: 

(a) Degree from a recognized University.

(b) Skill Test Norms

Dictation: 10 mts @ 100 w.p.m.

Transcription: 60 mts (English), 75 mts (Hindi), only on computer.

(c) Diploma/ certificate course from recognized University/ Institute in Computer application.

Age Limit: (as on 1.1.2020): 18-30 years. Relaxation as per govt norms.

Pay Scale: PB-2, Rs. 9300-34800/- + Rs. 4200/- GP, [Level 6]

5. Jr.Stenographer

b) Skill Test Norms

Dictation: 10 mts @ 80 w.p.m.

Transcription: 50 mts (English), 65 mts (Hindi), only on computer.

c) Diploma Certificate Course from recognized University/Institute in computer application.
