SEBA HSLC Routine 2021: Assam HSLC Exam Cancelled

Assam HSLC Exam 2021 Cancelled updated on 18-06-2021:

Assam education department cancelled high school leaving certificate (HSLC) & AHM exams for 2021 due to ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

The decision has been announced by education minister Dr Ranoj Pegu after a crucial meeting with several organisations of the state.


“I would like to inform you all HS and HSLC exams of 2021 will not be held due to COVID-19,” Pegu said. 

The department will constitute two committees to formulate the marking system. The results will be declared by July 31.


SEBA HSLC Routine 2021:

Board of Secondary Education, Assam (SEBA) release Assam Class 10th HSLC/AHM 2021 exam routine. SEBA has announced to held HSLC exam from 11th May 2021. The exam programme/ schedule of SEBA HSLC Exam 2021 will be updated below after the official release. Students are requested to keep updated with our website to know more about this examination.


SEBA HSLC Exam 2021 Postponed:

In view of prevailing situation of COVID-19 in the state of Assam, it has been decided to postpone the HSLC/AHM Examination, 2021 scheduled to be held from 11th May 2021.
 
The revised schedule of the said examination shall be announced shortly after the consultation with the Health Department, Government of Assam.

Online form fill up for SEBA HSLC/AHM Exam 2021 has done between 2nd November 2020 to 1st December 2020 and the students who successfully submitted their online form with the help of their institution head or principal are able to appear Assam HSLC/ AHM Exam 2021.

SEBA HSLC Routine Important Instructions:

1. Five minutes extra-time is allowed from 8:55 AM to 9:00 AM in the Morning shift and 1:25 PM to 1:30 PM in the Afternoon shift to read the Question Paper only. The Officer-in-Charge will arrange distribution of Question Papers accordingly

2. Modern Indian Languages (MIL): Assamese, Bengali, Hindi, Bodo, Manipuri, Nepali, Khasi, Garo, Mizo, Hmar & Urdu. There will be separate Question Papers for the subjects – Assamese, Bengali, Hindi & Urdu MIL for High Madrassa candidates having 50 marks and time duration 2(two) hours.

3. Elective Languages (Time 3 hours) and In Lieu Languages (Time 2 hours): There will be a common Question paper with groups A and B for each Language viz,- Assamese(E), Bengali(E), Hindi(E), Bodo(E), Manipuri(E) and Santhali(E) irrespective of Elective or Lieu Language.

4. Candidates offering Elective subject will have to appear in both the Groups A and B while In Lieu Language the candidates will have to appear in Group A only, which will be treated as Assamese(IL), Bengali(IL), Hindi(IL), Bodo(IL), Manipuri(IL) and Santhali (IL) respectively.
