NTA NEET 2021 Application Form - Notification:
The official NTA NEET notification 2021 has been out. The NEET-UG Entrance exam conducts once in a year. The NEET Application form/ Registration can be done through online mode at (neetnta.nic.in). Through the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) candidates get admission into medical courses – MBBS/ BDS/ BAMS/ BSMS/ BUMS and BHMS courses in India. Eligibility Criteria for NTA NEET (UG) 2021:
Nationality: Citizens belonging to the following nationalities are eligible to apply for NEET (UG)
• Indian Nationals
• Non-Resident Indians (NRIs)
• Overseas Citizen of India (OCI)
• Persons with Indian Origin (PIO)
• Foreign Nationals
Age Limit: 17 to 25 years as on the date of examination .
Age Relaxation: 5 years is available for the candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC-NCL category and PwD Candidates.
Educational Qualification: Candidate must have passed (or appear) Class 10+2 exam or equivalent exam with subjects- English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology individually from a recognised board or university with minimum marks as prescribed below:
• General: 50 %
• PWD: 45 %
• SC/ST/OBC: 40 %

Important Instructions of NEET Exam:
I. Each question carries 04 (four) marks.
II. For each correct answer/best option, candidate will get 04 (four) marks.
III. For each incorrect answer, 01(one) mark will be deducted from the total score.
IV. To answer a question, the candidate has to find, for each question, the correct answer/ best option.
V. However, after the process of challenge of key, if more than one option is found to be correct then all/any one of the multiple correct/best options marked will be given four marks (+4). Any incorrect option marked will be given minus one mark (-1). Unanswered/ Unattempted questions will be given no marks. In case, a question is dropped/ ignored, all candidates will be given four marks (+4) irrespective of the fact whether the question has been attempted or not attempted by the candidate.

NTA NEET Application Fee:
Candidates going to apply for the NTA NEET Exam 2021, are required to pay following amount of money through online payment gateways i.e credit card/ debit card/ net banking/ e-challan/ UPI.
• General: Rs.1500/-
• Gen EWS/ OBC-NCL: Rs.1400/-
• SC/ ST/ PwD/ Transgender: Rs.800/-
• Outside India: Rs.7500/-
How to Apply for NTA NEET Exam 2021:

➢ Enter all your details, verify mobile number with OTP, upload documents and pay the application fee.
➢ Finally, click the Submit button.
➢ Take a printout of NEET application form for future reference.
Documents Required for NEET Application Form 2021:
Candidates are requested to upload all the following documents to complete the process of the online application process.
Passport Size Photograph:- A recently captured passport size photo graph with white background.
• File Format: JPG/ JPEG
• Size: 10 KB to 200 KB
• Ratio: 2.5 x 3.5 inches with 72 DPI
Postcard Size Photograph:- A recently captured post card size photo graph with white background.
• File Format: JPG/ JPEG
• Size: 50 KB to 300 KB
• Ratio: 4.25 x 3.5 inches with 72 DPI
Left Thumb Impression:- Candidate need to upload a Left Thumb Impression (Black or Blue).
• File Format: JPG/ JPEG
• Size: 10 KB to 50 KB
Signature:- Candidate need to upload a his/ her signature to complete online application process.

• Size: 4 KB to 30 KB
Class 10th Certificate:- Candidate also need a digital copy of his/ her class 10th certificate provided by the board or council.
