Employment Exchange Assam Online Registration:
Govt of Assam has started the online Employment Exchange registration process for all job seekers of Assam. Candidates can apply online at the official website (employment.assam.gov.in) by using Aadhaar Card for Fresh or Renew Employment Exchange Certificate. Now candidates are no need to visit the office. They can get their Number of Employment Exchange Registration Certificate at home by registering online.
All Employment Exchanges of Assam will remain open on coming Saturday and Sunday i.e. on 28th & 29th May, 2022 to complete the process of Registration of applicants who have applied or willing to apply online for the recently advertised Grade III & Grade IV posts by the Govt. of Assam irrespective of the time slot generated by the portal for verification to issue Employment Exchange Registration Number.This is applicable only for those candidates whose AADHAAR is blocked due to NRC related issue.

Eligibility for Assam Employment Exchange Certificate:
Age Limit: All citizens of India above the age of 14 years who are permanent residents of Assam are eligible to register their names in the Employment Exchange of the State of Assam.
Residentship: The candidates are eligible for Registration in one Employment Exchange only in the state, where they are permanent residents within the jurisdiction of the District.
Registration Fee for Employment Exchange Assam:
Employment Exchange Registration is a completely free process and candidates do not need to pay any fee for Employment Exchange Registration Certificate in Assam.

How to Apply Online for Employment Exchange Certificate Assam:
Candidates who are willing to generate their Employment Exchange Registration Certificate online must submit the application on the official website (employment.assam.gov.in). In this process, there are two ways to complete the verification of applicants.
1. AADHAAR Based Verification
2. Non-AADHAAR Based Verification
Both the two verification processes are briefly described below.
1. AADHAAR Based Verification:
Candidates with having Aadhaar Card will no need to visit any office to complete their Employment Exchange Registration process as the authentication will be done with the help of their AADHAAR details. The online application process for AADHAAR Based Verification will be as follows.

➢ Complete the registration process with the help of your mobile number.
➢ After that, login to the portal by providing the User ID and Password.
➢ Choose Register in Employment Exchange (AADHAAR Based) option.
➢ Now, fill the requisite information and upload copies of testimonials etc.
➢ After that, you will get an option to download Employment Exchange Registration e-certificate.
2. Non-AADHAAR Based Verification:
Candidates not having Aadhaar Card will need to visit the office for the verification of their documents. Candidates have to select their desired employment office, date and time for verification. Candidates will have to visit the selected employment office on the day of their appointment and complete the process to obtain the registration certificate. The online application process for Non-AADHAAR Based Verification will be as follows.

➢ After that, login to the portal by providing the User ID and Password.
