SBI Specialist Cadre Officer Recruitment 2021 Details:
1. Manager (Marketing)
No. of Post: 12
Max Age: 40 years as 01.07.2021
Qualification: Full time MBA/ PGDBM or its equivalent with specialisation in Marketing/ Finance from Institutes recognized / approved by Govt. bodies/ AICTE/ UGC. Course completed through correspondence / part time will not be eligible.
Experience: Minimum 5 years post qualification experience as an executive in supervisory / management role in the field of marketing of digital and other financial products in a :
a) Scheduled Commercial Bank or
b) Public sector or listed Financial Institution / Company.
Preference will be given to candidates having experience in marketing (with technical and finance background).
2. Deputy Manager (Marketing)
No. of Post: 26
Max Age: 26 years as 01.07.2021
Qualification: Full time MBA/ PGDBM or its equivalent with specialisation in Marketing/ Finance from Institutes recognized / approved by Govt. bodies/ AICTE/ UGC. Course completed through correspondence / part time will not be eligible.
Experience: Minimum 2 years post qualification experience as an executive in supervisory / management role in the field of marketing of digital and other financial products in a :

3. Executive (Document Preservation-Archives)

Max Age: 30 years as 01.10.2021
Qualification: M.A.(History) with one optional paper in Modern Indian History (Post 1750 period) from a recognized University OR M.A. in other streams of social Sciences i. e. Anthropology, Economics, Political Science, Sociology, Linguistics from recognized University OR M.Sc. in Applied / Physical Sciences from a recognized University.
Professional Qualifications Certificate (Compulsory): Diploma Course in Archives and Records Management (At Professional Level) from National Archives of India.
Preferred: Candidates with Diploma in Archival Studies would be preferred.
Work Experience (Essential): Minimum one-year experience in care and conservation of paper records or archives section of an organisation / institutions.
4. Relationship Manager
No. of Post: 314
Age Limit: Min. 23 years and Max 35 years as on 01.08.2021.
Qualification: Graduates from Government recognised University or Institution
Experience: Post-qualification experience of minimum 3 Years as a Relationship Manager in Wealth Management with leading Public/Private/Foreign Banks/Broking/ Security firms. The candidate should have adequate experience in building and managing relationship with High-Net-worth Clients (having a minimum Total Relationship Value (TRV) of Rs 20.00 Lakh).
5. Relationship Manager (Team Lead)
No. of Post: 20
Age Limit: Min. 28 years and Max 40 years as on 01.08.2021.
Qualification: Graduates from Government recognised University or Institution
Experience:
1. Post qualification experience of minimum 8 years in relationship management in wealth management with leading Public/Private/Foreign banks/Broking/ Security firms.
2. Experience as a Team Lead is preferred.
6. Customer Relationship Executive
No. of Post: 217
Age Limit: Min. 20 years and Max 35 years as on 01.08.2021.
Qualification: Graduates from Government recognised University or Institution
Experience:
1. Experience in documentation requirements of financial products and good communications skills would be desirable.
Specific Skills Required: SHOULD HAVE A VALID DRIVING LICENCE FOR TWO-WHEELER (Mandatory)
7. Investment Officer
No. of Post: 12
Age Limit: Min. 28 years and Max 40 years as on 01.08.2021.
Qualification: Graduates / Post Graduates from Government recognised University or Institution.
Mandatory: Certification by NISM/CWM
Preferred: CA/CFP (As on 01/08/2021)
Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience as an investment advisor/counsellor/part of product team in Wealth Management organisation.
Preferred Experience:
a) Good knowledge of investments and markets across asset classes.
b) Experience in managing and guiding client portfolios.
c) Good knowledge of asset allocation and re-balancing techniques.
d) Superior presentation skills & other core competencies like leadership and team work.
e) Experience in products of fixed income, equity & alternate markets
8. Central Research Team (Product Lead)
No. of Post: 2
Age Limit: Min. 30 years and Max 45 years as on 01.08.2021.
Qualification: MBA/PGDM from recognised College/University or CA/CFA
Preferred: NISM Investment Advisor / Research Analyst Certificate/CFP( As on 01/08/2021)
Experience: Minimum 5 years post qualification experience in Equity Research/Products experience in Wealth Management / AMC (Mutual Funds) / Banks.
Preferred Experience:
a) Minimum 8 years’ experience in Equity/Fixed Income Research/MF Research Analytics
b) Excellent Knowledge on local and global economic trends
c) Excellent Knowledge on local Primary/Secondary Equity Markets/Fixed Income and on PMS/AIF/MF/ Structured Products schemes in India.
d) Experience in creating views and research-based publication on capital Market / sector trends.
e) Proficiency in using Excel / Modeling techniques / Bloomberg / Reuters/Morning Star / CRISIL data bases.
f) Flair for equity, understanding of all exchange traded products including bonds, INVIT, MLDs, REITs, Section 54 EC Bonds
9. Central Research Team (Support)
No. of Post: 2
Age Limit: Min. 25 years and Max 35 years as on 01.08.2021.
Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate in - Commerce/ Finance/ Economics/ Management/ Mathematics/ Statistics from Government recognized University or Institution.
Experience: Candidate should have post qualification experience of minimum 3 years work experience in financial services providing support to Research / Publications departments.
Preferred Skills:
a) Candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power point, Word, Outlook.
b) Candidate should have inclination to undertake research by reading various reports or websites.
c) Candidate should be able to support Research team by aggregating and providing support for analysing data through various research tools / software like BLOOMBERG, REUTERS, CRISIL, ICRA etc
