Scale of pay: Selected candidates will draw a starting basic pay of Rs.44,500/- p.m. in the scale of Rs. 44500 – 2500 (4) – 54500 – 2850 (7) – 74450 – EB – 2850 (4) – 85850 – 3300 (1) – 89150 (17 Years) applicable to Officers in Grade 'A' and they will be eligible for Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and Grade Allowance as per rules in force from time to time. At present, initial monthly gross emoluments are approximately Rs. 1,00,000/-.

Eligibility Criteria of NABARD Assistant Manager Recruitment
Age Limit:
➢ Assistant Manager (RDBS)/ Assistant Manager (Legal): The candidate must be between 21 and 30 years of age as on 01.11.2025, i.e., the candidate must have been born not earlier than 02 November 1995 and not later than 01 November 2004.
➢ Assistant Manager (Protocol & Security Service): The candidate must be between 25 and 40 Years (no age relaxation for any category). The candidates born not earlier than 02 November 1985 and not later than 01 November 2000 are eligible to apply.

Educational Qualification:
Assistant Manager in Grade ‘A’ (RDBS)
(i) General:
Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from any recognized University/Institution with a minimum of 60% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants - 55%) in aggregate OR Post Graduate degree, MBA/PGDM with a minimum of 55% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants - 50%) in aggregate OR CA/ CS/CMA/ ICWA OR Ph.D from Institutions recognized by GOI/UGC .
(ii) Chartered Accountant
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from any recognized University/Institution with Membership of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). The Membership of ICAI must have been obtained on or before 01-11-2025.
(iii) Company Secretary
Bachelor's degree in any discipline from any recognized University/Institution with Associate/Fellow membership of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). The Membership of ICSI must have been obtained on or before 01-11-2025.
(iv) Finance:
BBA (Finance / Banking) / BMS (Finance / Banking) from any recognized University / Institution with 60% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants - 55%) in aggregate

Two years full time P.G. Diploma in Management (Finance) / Full time MBA (Finance) /MMS (Finance) degree with 55% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants - 50%) in aggregate from Institutions / Universities recognized by GoI /UGC with Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Candidates will be required to submit a certificate from Institution/University regarding specialization in finance.

Post Graduate degree in Applied Economics with a minimum of 55% marks (SC/PWD applicants-50%) in aggregate from any recognized University/Institution. Candidates with Economics as one of the main subjects at all years/semesters of the course, will only be eligible.
Assistant Manager in Grade ‘A’ (LEGAL SERVICE)
Bachelor’s Degree in Law recognized by UGC and Bar council of India for the purpose of enrolment as an Advocate with a minimum of 60% marks in the aggregate of all semesters/years OR LLM Degree with a minimum of 55% in the aggregate of all semesters/years.
Assistant Manager (Protocol & Security Service)
He / She should be an Officer with a minimum of ten years' (five years in case of PWBD candidates) of Commissioned Service in the Army/Navy/Air Force holding a valid Ex-Serviceman Identity Card.
(i) General:
