Name of Post:
1. Peon — 5 (UR-2, OBC/MOBC-2, STH-1)
2. Day Chokidar — 1 (OBC/MOBC)
3. Night Chowkidar — 1 (STP)
Scale of Pay: PB Rs. 12000 - 37500/- + GP Rs. 3900/- (PB-2) with other allowances as per Rules.
Eligibility Criteria of Nalbari Judiciary Recruitment:
Educational Qualification: Minimum educational qualification Class VIII passed and those who have passed HSSLC or above shall be ineligible to apply for the said post.
Maximum Age Limit: Category wise maximum age limits for the posts, as on 01.08.2022, will be as under as per rules.
• Unreserved — 40 years
• OBC/ MOBC — 43 years
• ST (P)/ ST (H) — 45 years
Selection Process of Nalbari Judiciary Recruitment 2022:
All the above vacant posts will be filled up through a Common Recruitment Process. The applicants who will apply for the post of Peon, Day Chowkidar and Night Chowkidar and whose applications are found in order will be called for a Common Written Test.
The Written Test will contain 50 questions (Fifty marks) carrying I (one) mark in each question on Assamese, General English, General Mathematics, General Knowledge and Reasoning (10 marks in each subject).
Qualifying marks in the common Written Test is 60% but must secure 50% marks in each category of subject. The Board will call the qualifying candidates for a Viva-Voce (20 marks) in the ratio of 1:3 from the rank wise list of marks in the Common Writen Test and will decide the cut off marks to call candidates for interview/ viva-vcxe in 1:3 ratio. The final Merit List will be prepared on the basis Of the sum total of marks obtained in the Common Written Test and Viva-voce.
Issuance of Call letter, Date, Time and Venue of common Written Test, Viva-voce will be notified in the official website (http://nalbarijudiciary.gov,in) and in the Notice Board of this office in due time.
How to Apply for Nalbari Judiciary Recruitment 2022:
Applicants have to submit the filled up the Standard Form (under Assam Gazette of Part — ix) along with all copies of self-attested documents like Age proof certificate, Educational qualification certificate, Cast certificate from competent authority, Employment registration certificate etc. along with two recent passport size photographs. Applicants have to produce a self-declaration certificate along with the application form mentioning that "he/she has not passed HSSLC examination or above" along with the application form.
Candidates may drop their application form in the "Drop Box" of the office of the District & Sessions Ju#, Nalbari during office hours or may end the application form along with all necessary documents by post to "District & Sessions Judge —cum- Chairman, Selection Board, Nalbari, Barama Road, Nalbari, Assam, PIN-781335" by super scribing the name of post applied for, on the top of envelop.
The applications must reach this office within 20 (twenty) days from the date of publication of this advertisement in the official website/ local daily newspapers. Office will not responsible for any postal delay.
