Eligibility Criteria of Nalbari Judiciary Recruitment

(a) Educational Qualifications:

(i) Office Assistant: Graduate in any stream.

(ii) Peon: Class VIII passed.

(b) Other Qualifications: One year diploma in Computer Education for the post of Office Assistant.

(c) Age Limit: Not lower than 18 years and not exceeding 38 years as on 01/01/2024. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per Govt. rule.

Selection Process of Nalbari Judiciary Recruitment 2024

(a) For the post of Office Assistant: All accepted applicants will be called for to appear in a Written Test (50 marks). The selected candidates from the written test will be called for the Computer Skill Test (20 marks) and the selected candidates from the computer skill test will be called for the personal interview (30 marks).

The final Merit List will be prepared on the basis of the sum total of marks obtained in the Written test, Computer Skill Test and personal interview.

(b) For the post of the Peon: All accepted applicants will be called for to appear in a Walk-in Interview (60 marks). The final Merit List will be prepared on the basis on the marks obtained in the Walk-in Interview.

Selected candidate have to submit one medical fitness certificate from the competent Authority declaring the candidate to be physically and mentally fit.

No individual call letter will be sent to eligible candidates. However, call letters for appearing in the Written Test/Computer Skill Test/Personal Interview for the said posts will be uploaded in the official website of Nalbari District Judiciary (https://nalbarijudiciary.govt.in) / Notice Board of this office.

Foreigners Tribunal Nalbari Recruitment 2021: 

1. Stenographer

No. of Post: 2

Scale of Pay: Rs.14,000-60,500/-, GP- 7,400/-

Qualification:

(a) Candidate having minimum qualification of Higher Secondary passed along-with Certificate of Stenography passed from ITI/ Polytechnic or any other institution.

(b) Must possess a minimum 6 (Six) months Diploma/Certificate in Computer Application from a recognized institute. They must have a good working knowledge of office productivity software tools like MS Window, Excel Power Point, DTP (English/Assamese) and Internet Processing etc.

2. UDA

No. of Post: 2

Scale of Pay: Rs.14,000-60,500, GP- Rs.8,000/-

Qualification: By promotion amongst the members LDAs/Bench Assistants who have served for minimum of 7 (seven) years or from amongs the member of Typist who have served for minimum of 12 (twelve) years and have satisfactory Service Record in Govt. Department.

3. Bench Assistant

Scale of Pay: Rs.14,000-60,500/-, GP- Rs.6,200/-

Qualification: Minimum qualification of Higher Secondary passed. They must possess a minimum (Six) months Diploma/Certificate in Computer Application from a recognized Institute.

4. Copyist

No. of Post: 1

Pay: Rs.9,000/- (fixed)

Qualification: Minimum qualification Of Higher Secondary passed. They must possess a minimum (Six) months Diploma/Certificate in Computer Application from a recognized Institute. They must have good working knowledge Of Office productivity software tools like M/S Windows, Excel, Power Point, DTP English/Assamese).

Eligibility Criteria of Foreigners Tribunal Nalbari Recruitment:

Age: The applicant should not be less than 18 years and more than 40 of age as on 01-01-2021. The Upper age limit for OBC/MOBC is 43 years, SC/ST is 45 years. Ex-serviceman age is as per norms. 

Educational Qualification:

(a) The applicants must be Higher Secondary passed in respect of Stenographer, Copyist and Bench Assistant.

(b) The candidate must possess a minimum 6 (six) months Diploma/Certificate in Computer Application from a recognized Institute. They must have good working knowledge of office productivity software tools like MS Window, Excel Power Point, DTP (English/Assamese) and Internet Processing etc. in respect of bench Assistant.

(c) There will be Skill Test in respect of Stenography.
