Examination Fee for Lecturer Posts: 

All the applicants (Except for EWS Candidates) who have successfully submitted the online application for the post of Lecturer, are to deposit a fee of Rs.250/- (For General Candidates) and Rs.150/- (For SC/ST/OBC Candidates) as Examination fee.

The link for payment will be available from 15.05.2020 and will be active till 05.06.2020.


Payment Process: Sate Bank Collect offers two modes of payment: ONLINE and OFFLINE.
* Online Payments can be made by Net Banking/ Debit Card / Credit Cards/UPI, etc.
* Offline payments can be made at any branch of State Bank of India by printing the generated Bank Challan and depositing the fee amount at any nearby SBI Branch.
* Retain Printouts of the receipt generated by State Bank Collect, for future reference.
* The "State Bank Collect" step i.e. payment of Examination Fee is mandatory to be completed for successful application process. (Except for EWS Candidates)

Applications are invited from the experienced persons of the Establishment of the District & Sessions Judge of the state of Assam to fill up the post of Chief Administrative Officer (Sheristadar) in the Establishment of the District & Sessions Judge. Chirang, Kajalgaon.

Name of the Post: Chief Administrative Officer (Sheristadar)

Qualification: The candidate must be a graduate and must have served either as Sheristadar of O/o the Additional District & Sessions Judge or as Head Assistant in the District & Sessions Judge Establishment continuously for a minimum period of not less than one and half years as on 01-01-2020.

Pay Scale: Rs. 30,000/- - 1,10,000/- with Grade Pay Rs.14,500/- per month as per R.O.P Rules, 2017.


How To Apply: The intending candidates shall submit their applications through proper channel by enclosing Experience Certificate issued by the respective District & Sessions Judge along with all the testimonials and two recent passport size photographs. 1. Soldier General Duty

Education: SSLC / Matric with 45% marks in aggregate and 33% in each subject.No aggregate percentage required for higher qualification i.e. 10+2 and above however minimum 33% in each subject required.

Height- 160 cm and Wieght- 48 kg.

Chest: 77 (+5 CM expansion)

2. Soldier Technical

Educational: 10+2 /Intermediate exam pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English with 50% marks in aggregate and 40% in each subject. 

Height- 157 cm and Wieght- 48 kg.

Chest: 77 (+5 CM expansion).

3. Soldier Nursing Assistant

Education: 10+2 /Intermediate exam pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry Biology, and English with Min 50% marks in aggregate and min 40 % in each subject.

Height- 157 cm and Wieght- 48 kg.

Chest: 77 (+5 CM expansion).

4. Soldier Tradesman (10th pass)

Education: 10th simple pass. No stipulation in aggregate percentage but should have scored min 33% in each subject. 

Height- 160 cm and Wieght- 48 kg.

Chest: 77 (+5 CM expansion).

5. Soldier Tradesman (8th pass)

Education: Class 8th simple pass (For Syce, Mess Keeper and House Keeper). No stipulation in aggregate percentage but should have scored min 33% in each subject. 

Height- 160 cm and Wieght- 48 kg.

Chest: 77 (+5 CM expansion).

6. Soldier Clerk/ Store Keeper Technical/ Inventory Management

Education: 10+2 /Intermediate exam pass in any stream (Arts, Commerce, Science) with 60% marks in aggregate and minimum 50% in each subject. Securing 50% in English and Maths/Account/Book Keeping in Class 12th is mandatory.

Height- 160 cm and Wieght- 48 kg.

Chest: 77 (+5 CM expansion).


7. Sepoy Pharma

Education: 10+2/Intermediate exam pass and qualified in D Pharma with minimum 55% in aggregate and registered with State Pharmaceutical Council/ Pharmacy Council of India. Individuals qualified in B Pharma with min 50% marks and registered with State Pharmaceutical Council /Pharmacy Council of India are also eligible.

Height- 157 cm and Wieght- 48 kg.

Chest: 77 (+5 CM expansion).

Age Limit:

For SL No. 1- Minimum 17½ and Maximum 21 years.
For SL No. 2 to 6- Minimum 17½ and Maximum 23 years.
For SL No. 7- Minimum 19 and Maximum 25 years.

Date of Online Application: 

Online registration is mandatory and will be open from 05.10.2019 to 18.11.2019 

Admit Card:

Admit Cards for the rally will be sent through registered e-mail from 26.11.2019 to 28.11.2019. Candidates should reach the venue on given date and time as mentioned in the Admit Card.
