Pay Scale: Pay Band- (PB-2) @ Rs. 14,000/- to 70,000/- + Grade Pay and other allowances.

Eligibility Criteria of BTC LP UP Recruitment

Age Limit: A candidate must not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 40 years as on 1st January 2025.

 

Age Relaxation: The Category-wise age relaxation for different categories are as mentioned below:

 

• Ex-Servicemen: 2 years

• OBC/ MOBC: 3 years

• SC/ST(P)/ST(H): 5 years

• Persons with Disability (PwD): 10 years

 

Small Family Norms: No person having more than two living children on or after 01/01/2021 from a single or multiple partners shall be eligible for appointment as per the Govt. policy on Small Family Norms .

Medium of Instruction: Either the Language-I of the ATET/ CTET & BTC TET of the candidates shall match the medium of instruction of the school wherein the candidate wishes to apply.

 

TET Qualification: The candidates who have passed ATET/ BTC TET/ CTET for LP/ UP will be eligible for applying.

Educational Qualification:

• Assistant Teacher (LP): 

 

 → Higher Secondary/ Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks.
 → Graduation or 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known)
 → Assam TET, BTC TET or Central TET for Lower Primary School. 

• Assistant Teacher (UP): 

 

 → Higher Secondary/ Senior Secondary (or its equivalent).
 → Graduate from the UGC-recognized University.
 → 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) OR Bachelor of Education or Bachelor of Elementary Education.
 → Assam TET or Central TET or BTC TET for Upper Primary School. 

• Science Teacher (UP): 

 

 → Higher Secondary/ Senior Secondary (or its equivalent).
 → B.Sc. from the UGC recognized University.
 → 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) OR Bachelor of Education or Bachelor of Elementary Education.
 → Assam TET or Central TET for Upper Primary School.  

 

• Hindi Teacher (UP):

 → Higher Secondary/ Senior Secondary (or its equivalent).
 → Graduate with Hindi as one of the subjects from the UGC-recognized University.
 → 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) OR Bachelor of Education or Bachelor of Elementary Education.
 → Assam TET or Central TET for Upper Primary School.

The eligible candidates shall apply online in the official website of DE, BTC i.e. https://education.bodoland.gov.in from 21-06-2025 to 03-07-2025.

The district-wise, medium-wise, and category-wise post details as well as date and time of received of the online application and other details will be notified in the official website in due course of time.

Documents to be uploaded in color:

1. Passport Size Photograph.
2. HSLC Admit Card.
3. HSSLC Mark-sheet and Certificate.
4. Graduation Mark-sheet and Certificate.
5. Diploma in Bodo, Assamese, Bengali (if any)
6. Any other Mark-sheet and Certificate of higher education.

7. DElEd/ BEd Marksheet (1st Year & 2nd Year) and Certificate.
8. Caste Certificate (in case of SC/ ST(P)/ST(H)/OBC/MOBC).
9. Document in support of Permanent Resident of Assam.

10. Certificate and Mark sheet of ATET/CTET/ BTC TET for UPS.

11. Candidates with disabilities will have to enclose certificates of disabilities issued by Govt. authority.
12. Certificate of Ex-servicemen issued by the Director, Sainik Welfare Board.
13. BTC residential certificate from the concerned authority.
14. Scanned Signature.
