Baksa Recruitment Details

1. Office Assistant

No. of Post: 1

Educational Qualification: Graduate (in any stream). Minimum 6 months Diploma in Computer Applications .

Age Limit: Minimum age : 18 years and Maximum age : 40 years as on 30.04.2024

Honorarium: Rupees 18,000/- per month.

2. Office Peon

No. of Post: 1

Educational Qualification: Class 8 pass but not Class 12 pass.

Honorarium: Rupees 12,500/- per month.

Selection Process of Baksa Recruitment

• For Office Assistant: all accepted applicants will be called for to appear in a Computer Skill Test. The Selected Candidates from the Computer Skill Test will be called for an Interview/ Viva Voce. The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of the sum total of marks obtained in the Computer Skill Test and Interview / Viva voce.

• For Peon: all accepted applicants will be called for to appear in an interview/ Viva Voce. The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of the total marks obtained in the Interview/ Viva voce.

• Original Certificate/ all other supporting documents will be verified/ scrutinized at the time of Interview.

• List of eligible candidates and other information relating to the recruitment process will be uploaded in the official website of Baksa District Judiciary i.e. https://baksa.dcourts.gov.in. No individual calling letters will be issued for the Interview. Candidates are advised/ suggested to visit the given website regulary for updated information.

Candidates are required to submit their applications in standard form in the Drop Box set up for the purpose in the Office of District Legal Services Authority, Baksa.
